      This pandemic has caused so much stress that many of us are experiencing fear and anxiety. Many people lost their jobs, closed down their businesses, got depressed, and a whole lot more.      The past 8 years have been a roller-coaster ride for us because of my father's health condition. He was a diabetic at the age of 35, an end-stage renal disease patient at 50, and was diagnosed with a terminal illness just last month. All these boil down to one important aspect of life- health.
