     In my recent post, I shared my intentions this 2020 and it focuses on my health and overall well-being. It has been six months since I started eating clean and going to the gym for my Yoga and Pilates classes. I struggled in the first three months, almost gave up but I'm serious about changing unhealthy habits for a healthy lifestyle. What keeps me going?
