     I'm a self-confessed coffee lover. I love drinking coffee first thing in the morning and before bedtime. This habit of mine gives me the boost that I need every day. I feel energized after drinking a cup of my favorite coffee but I hate the stomach pain and palpitations that come after drinking it.

     I'm also not sure how much sugar content there is with my favorite instant coffee that's why as much as possible I look for alternatives- those made from organic ingredients and natural sweetener. If the coffee has health benefits then it's promising for health conscious individual like me.      If you're a long time user of whitening and anti-aging supplements, prolly you know that Japanese brands are effective no matter how much the price tag. They are also producing food supplements that have many ingredients per serving but contains a little of everything. Even though a capsule or tablet contains 1/4 or 1/2 of the competing brand, the effect is the same or at par with the competition.

These babies were sent to me by Pink Sugar Cosmetics months ago but I wasn't able to try it immediately because I still have other lipsticks to swatch. Like with the previous shades that I have tried, these lip & cheek tints are highly pigmented and go opaque once applied on lips.

Product Review: Banish Starter Kit

     I've suffered from adult acne when I was in college. I went to the dermatologist and beauty clinics to seek help but the medications and procedures gave temporary solutions. Fast forward today, I only get pimples every time of the month. I guess it's because I'm taking birth control pills and that prevents my face from breaking out. But I still have small acne scars, blemishes, big pores, and other imperfections that was brought by my adult acne years ago.

     There are times that I worry whenever I see my son drinks water from that blue gallon beside our refrigerator. It's a no brainer that most families nowadays buy their drinking water from water-refilling stations. We were informed that the water they are selling passed through different purifying stages but is that enough for us to feel safe? Are we really drinking clean water?

     If my memory serves me right, we have a water purifier installed in our kitchen some 20 years ago. I was in elementary back then but I'm not sure if our purifier really does the job in making sure that we are drinking clean water. My younger siblings got sick and most of the time they're waterborne disease. Product Review: Saemmul Real Tint

     I'm going gaga over lip and cheek tints right now hence rekindling my love to the first kind of blush that I was using when I was in college. Tints are becoming a staple in every girls makeup stash because the 'no makeup' makeup look is trending. The key to this is a natural flush on cheeks, natural brows and bb or cc cushion on face.

     The simplest and easiest way to achieve a natural flush on your cheeks is by using cheek tint. Did you know that there are different formulas of cheek tint available? I've tried a few of them like liquid tint, gel stain, and balm or stick type. My latest discovery is from the Korean brand The Saem. Their Saemmul Real Tint is a lip tint but I'm using it more often as a cheek tint. Intrigued? See my full review below :)

Product Review: W.Lab Clear Finish Gel Liner

     I always find myself in makeup haven every time I visit altheakorea.ph website. When it was launched last year, I did some makeup shopping and bought products that's not available locally. It was a great experience because the products I bought did not fail and made into my makeup must-haves list.

     One of the brands that I swear when it comes to quality and performance is my W.Lab Clear Finish Gel Liner. Despite the hefty price tag, I still find it worth every peso because it's the only eyeliner that lasted more than 10 hours on my not so oily but panda eyelids without smudging and smearing.      I must admit that I'm an OC mom. I'm meticulous when it comes to cleanliness inside our home. I'm the type of mom who checks everything if they're in places from time to time. I also make sure that I have enough stocks of liquid hand wash, anti-bacterial dish washing liquid, and anti-bacterial sprays at home.

     Cleanliness is very important  A clean home is always free from germ- carrying disease. Aside from this, I also make sure that I bring this mantra whenever we go outside the house. Product Review: Ishigaki Premium White Soap

     For me, the most basic whitening skin care product is whitening soap. I've tried so many whitening soaps in the past and around 70% of them are effective in making my skin soft, smooth, and glowing. The whitening or lightening effect comes last since I'm already fair to begin with.

     Today, let me share with you another soap that will help achieve those whitening goals- Ishigaki Premium White Soap. This whitening soap is from the makers of the infamous Ishigaki Premium Glutathione, Ishigaki Advanced White Glutathione, and Ishigaki Coffee. Product Review: Mischka Just Kissed Lip & Cheek Stain

     Before I learned how to use blush powders and creams on my cheeks, lip & cheek tints are my best friend. I was in college back then when a Thai brand of makeup sells cheap but effective products and one of them was my favorite cheek tint. I will not name it and I presume that if you're a cheek tint gal, you have tried it too.

     Anyhoo, late last year I decided to rekindle my love for lip & cheek tints when I saw photos of Korean stars on my Facebook feed. Most of them are sporting the no makeup look with only flushed cheeks, bitten lips, and natural looking brows. I want to try that look and good thing Mischka Derma Secrets now rebranded to Mischka Nature Essentials sent me two shades of their Just Kissed Lip & Cheek Stain. Product Review: Mamonde Rose Water Toner

     Hello dearies! I want to share with you my thoughts on my current fave toner- Mamonde Rose Toner that I bought last year from Althea Korea. At first I was hesitant to try the product because of the price and thinking that it will just go to waste if my skin will react negatively to it. On the other hand, there's a whispering voice telling me to try it because it's rose water- and skin care products with rose extracts are known to give a moisturizing and calming effect on the skin.

     I made a research online and it looks like that only a few made a review of this product. After finishing a bottle, I'm proud to say that I experienced little to no breakouts.      My color-treated hair is not easy to manage. I always make sure to use hair treatment products that will lessen dryness and damage caused by chemicals like hair dyes. I'm not new to hair treatment mask that contains Morrocan argan oil, in fact I've tried a handful of brands in the past and I can say they're all effective in making tresses shiny and healthy.

     Last year, David's Salon gave me a full sized tub of their Morrocan Argan Oil Hair Masque. This type of masque promises to repair and nourish damage hair, give color-treated hair moisture and prevent split ends plus it can reduces frizz. All these promises sound pleasing to the ears for someone like me who aims to still have healthy hair after compromising its condition to monthly hair abusing coloring.      Sharing with you a quick review of Natura Organics Cosmetic Tools Shampoo that I've been using for months now to clean my makeup brushes. I only use three brushes to date that's why cleaning is easy as long as I have a buddy that will make the bristles squeaky clean in just 1-2-3!
