     Just because the mannequin displays the clothing in a certain way, doesn’t mean it’s mandatory. It might sound obvious but it is easy to forget that the shop’s style is only a suggestion. You might want to buy a shirt in a size much larger than your own and then simply add a belt turning it into an alternative dress, or be a little braver and try cutting and adjusting the shape of clothing yourself. I’d recommend trying this with your old clothing first as it’s a great way to practise as well as rejuvenate a tired wardrobe!

     Hong Kong is known as one of the countries where you can shop til you drop. It's a shoppers heaven and the infamous Mongkok and Temple Street are your best bet if you're looking for bargains and cheap finds. We went to Hong Kong last June 4 and stayed there for 4 days. It's my third visit and I don't shop that much as compared to my first and second visit some 10 years ago.

     We went to Hong Kong for my son's pre-birthday celebration and to visit Ocean Park Adventure courtesy of Klook Philippines. Booking our Ocean Park Adventure Tickets and 4G WiFi via Klook PH is one of the best decisions that I've made for this trip and I will muse more of that on my next post. But for now, I want to share my small haul which primarily consists of gifts for the birthday celebrants in the family and some goodies for the parentals, sisters, and pamangkins.

     The second day of our Wacoal Passion for Product Tour is one for the books. Our mission: discover how a brassiere is made and the intricate steps of making an undergarment- the Wacoal way! It's the day where we visited Wacoal Hokuriku Factory and Takeda Lace Co. Ltd. both located in Fukui Prefecture. It's an hour and forty minutes express train ride from Kyoto. 

     I'm so excited what's in store for me in these factories. I'm expecting that I will see the usual factory- unpleasant smell here, a messy corner there, and noise coming from machines everywhere. Upon stepping inside the factory, I was in disbelief with what I saw because it's totally different from the factory I knew.      Hi dearies! Hope everyone's having a great week so far. I miss writing this kind of blog post.      It's been a long time since I posted an outfit of the day post of my son. I presume you've seen my Instagram post of his latest OOTD. It's not easy to make kids pose in front of the camera. If your kid is cooperative, you're lucky. You can take outfit shots anytime, anywhere. But in my case, it's always a trial and try kind of game.

     When my son is so game to pose, I'm trigger happy that's why I always bring my mirrorless camera with me. I don't have a scheduled post for outfit shots that's why I'm so happy when an unplanned photo session happens. Fifth Rack White Plains Now Open

     Heads up, northern peeps! Don't stress yourself shopping for holiday gifts now that malls are so crowded because everyone is already in a rush. Did you know that you can score unique and one-of-a-kind pieces that you can’t be found in malls or other retail stores? 

     Thankfully, Fifth Rack Lifestyle and Concept Store opened their second branch located at 141 Katipunan Ave, White Plains, Quezon City.
