     Hello dearies! I've been receiving questions about the best glutathione brands that I've tried to date. The color of my arms is lighter in my observation. This photo was taken around 3 p. m. I'm using an ASUS phone, so the camera was set to beautification mode but the settings are in the lowest number. I can say that my skin has improved after 1 month of taking Tathion 307.

What I like:

• The packaging is travel-friendly and handy. 
• There's no funky or weird smell.
• The taste is sweet.
• It's easy to swallow. 
• It's Japan FDA approved. This country employs a strict standard in beauty supplements.
• No allergic reactions like breakouts and other adverser reaction especially upset tummy, vomiting, headache, nausea, or whatsoever.
• I did not see any cystic acne popping around my chin last menstrual period.
• It made me look less haggard even if I need to wake up early and have fewer hours of sleep the night before a special event.
• I saw a slight change in the color of my freckles but very minimal.
• After finishing 3 blister packs, I can say that there's a big difference on the color of my insect bites in my hand. 
• Tathion 307 glutathione made my skin luminous and glowing. I'm already fair, to begin with but it gave me a creamy and almost translucent white color. I can see one shade difference from my arms and my face when I look in my not so recent photos.
• I always have a good night sleep during the time I'm taking this supplement.
• My appetite did not change. 
• Batch, manufacturing and expiry date printed on the package. 
• It's Japan made. Never hear that there's a counterfeit of this brand in the market today.

What I don't like:

• It's expensive!
• Not easily accessible, you have to purchase it online.
• No ingredients in the packaging.

Will I purchase? It's in the realm of possibility.

Recommendation:

     I give this a 5/5 rating. Even though this is very expensive to maintain, you're assured of the results. If you're going to calculate, you're only taking 300 mg of pure glutathione every day but it will give you a radiant and bright skin. The results may vary from person to person and there are individuals who react faster to supplements and give them positive results. Again, if you have morena skin tone kindly expect three or more months before you see a drastic change in the color of your skin.

     Like what I always say in my previous reviews, there is also what they call a plateau where the effects of products that you will be not that effective as before. Glutathione supplement serves as an ant-oxidant in the liver. It cleanses the body from the toxins accumulated from pollution and chemicals so if you smoke, drink, and always stay late at night this supplement will first cleanse the toxins inside the body and have a tendency to slow down the whitening effect in your body.

What I like:

• The taste- doesn't have a weird or funky taste. It's like I'm drinking grapes that are concentrated. It's a bit sour but tolerable.
• The packaging is simple, it's in a sturdy bottle and the label is complete with product information.
• The scent is like that of red wine but tolerable. I have a sensitive nose and drinking food supplements with weird smell makes me nauseous. I never experienced that while drinking this.
• No weird feeling or an upset stomach after drinking one shot of this purple juice first thing in the morning. I drink one or two shots of this upon waking up.
• I feel a bit full after taking this before breakfast.
• No breakouts, irritations or whatsoever in my skin. I also noticed that during the time I'm drinking this juice, no new zits or pimples popping out my forehead and chin.
• I noticed that my skin is less oily. 
• I love eating spicy and oily foods. I noticed that there are traces of oil in my stool which is a good indication that bad fats are being expelled from my body.
• I'm usually constipated and this juice helped me ease the difficulty in emptying the bowel.
• I usually crave for sweets in between meals but during the period that I'm drinking this juice, less sweet cravings for a month.
• I feel less lethargic on days that I have mood swings. I can say that I have extra energy during the time I'm drinking this juice.
• I noticed less hair fall. I've been battling with hair fall these past few months after my father's hospitalization. I can say that my hair fall is stress related. Last month, I noticed that I have less hair fall compared to the month that I'm not drinking this. I still use the same hair care products before and while I was drinking the juice.

What I don't like:

• The price- can be a bit expensive for budget-conscious individuals.
• Not easily accessible for those who live in the provinces.

Will I repurchase? Yes!

Recommendation:

     I give this a 4.5/5 rating. There are 39 reasons to drink this Organique Acai juice and I think in the long run I will definitely see those results. If I'm diabetic, have cholesterol, suffering from Asthma, and if I have other diseases, the results will be verified by a monthly laboratory. I highly recommend this product if you're looking for a food supplement and would like to cleanse your body from toxins.

     Hi dearies! Last month, I received a skin supplement from Growrich-Great Well Pharma and it's in pill form. Rosy Peel Capsule is not new to me because I've seen it on Mercury Drugstore's shelves every time I buy my father's maintenance medicine. Yes, I'm intrigued because simply put it is a skincare supplement. I'm preventing myself from feeding my curiosity at that time that's why I did not bother to buy a pill or two because I don't want to ingest something that I have no idea with.

     I did a little research and found different features and reviews on Rosy Peel from beauty bloggers here in the Philippines. Most of them said that it made their skin glow and they look less haggard during the time they were taking this supplement. This product is a combination of young green strawberries, guava, bignay, and kamias. These four fruits are known to be a strong antioxidant, gives anti-aging action on the skin, prevents and repair cell damage, reduce risks of disease linked to aging, an antibacterial remedy, and other benefits not only make the skin beautiful from the outside but also to protect the body from free-radicals.      I take two capsules of Rosy Peel every day, one after breakfast and another one before bedtime. I already consumed the whole box and now I can say my thoughts about the product.

• The price is affordable.
• The packaging is simple and the capsule is color pink. 
• The capsule is easy to swallow.
• There's no funky odor or scent. Perfect for those with a sensitive nose like me.
• No stomach ache, nausea, dizziness, or allergic reactions while taking this supplement.
• No further breakouts, allergies, or whatsoever.
• Rich in Vitamins C and E from the main ingredients of this supplement. These vitamins are known to make the skin soft and supple.
• It made my pale skin brighter and glowing.
• I usually have a mouth sore (singaw) on my gums that resulted from hard brushing of teeth. I noticed that it healed faster than before.
• There are batch, manufacturing, and expiry date printed on the bottle.
• Easily accessible.
• It's easy on the pocket especially for the budget-conscious individual because it can be bought per piece. 

What I don't like:

• None so far.

Will I purchase? Yes, it's in the realm of possibility. 

Recommendation:
     I give this product a 4.5/5 rating. I can say that Rosy Peel works like your regular vitamin C but has a more anti-oxidant effect because of the ingredients. It also has vitamin E from Guava, another anti-oxidant that when taken regularly gives glow and suppleness of the skin. I recommend this product if you like to take vitamin C and vitamin E coming from natural sources like strawberries, guava, bignay, and kamias. I know some are afraid of taking a synthetic form of food supplement so this one is for you.

      I can say that this herbal supplement is promising and when taken religiously, it can make the skin bright, less dry, and supple. It may not give a drastic change in terms of skin lightening, but it can make the skin look younger and fresher. Less haggard-looking and more on the anti-aging department.

     Ever wonder why there are light and fair-skinned individuals who still consider taking glutathione as one of their daily supplements? Met Tathione is a well-known brand of glutathione here in the Philippines. I can say they're one of the pioneer brands that's been commercially sold in pharmacies, drugstores, and beauty stores nationwide. When you say glutathione, the first brand that will come to your mind is MET, right? I've known this brand years ago but wasn't able to try it since I've read so-so reviews about the effects. 

     My cousin has tried Met Tathione years ago with the first formulation and swears with the effects on her body as a whole, she took this not only to whiten skin but to strengthen her immune system. Even though Met Tathione had received some negative reviews in the past, I still believe that premium brands will give great results. Always remember that results vary from one individual to another, the effect of whitening may be fast or slow depending on the individual's body. After 1 month of taking Met Tathione, my skin is visibly glowing even though I only have 3-4 hours of sleep. The photo below was taken around 5 p.m. The lighting wasn't able to show how fair my skin is but there's a pinkish glow in my arms. NO FILTER!

• The packaging is so classy. I like that it is repackaged in a minimalist design. The design of the box and bottle packaging exudes what high-quality Japan-made products look like. The box is sealed with plastic and the bottle opening is well-sealed also. 
• The new Met Tathione is also available in two-capsule sachets. Great for trips. No need to worry about the extra bottle in your baggage.
• The new Met Tathione is in liquid soft gel capsule form- this kind of capsule is easily absorbed by the body, unlike the regular capsule.
• This liquid soft gel capsule doesn't have a funky or weird smell. 
• The new Met Tathione is now combined with Algatrium, a component that can triple the glutathione production in the body. It is one of the most potent boosters available in the market today. Algatrium is a patented antioxidant found only in Met, first in the country making Met three times more effective!
• I did not complain of discomforts like vomiting, headache, nausea, breakouts, or whatsoever while taking this supplement.

• Made my skin supple and plump. 
• It lessened cystic pimples popping around my chin which I experience every month. 
• No weight gain, bloating, or unruly cravings. I also look after what I eat so I guess the worry of gaining weight depends on the individual. I also exercise before I sleep.
• I have a small scratch on my knee became a scar. Taking Met Tathione plus applying my favorite whitening lotion lightened the scar a bit but I can say taking the glutathione made the skin renewal faster than usual. Since I have fair skin, the scar is noticeable but after taking Met Tathione, the dark scar became less visible.
• Batch, manufacturing, and expiry date printed on the package. 
• Easily accessible.

What I don't like:

• The price is steep for budget-conscious individuals and those with a tight budget. 

Will I purchase? Yes! 

Recommendation:

     I give this a 4.75/5 rating. I'm happy with the results that I've experienced with Met Tathione after taking it for a full month. I take the capsules in two divided doses because according to Dra. Cecille, absorption of glutathione is better in divided doses than popping it all at once. No need to take Vitamin C because Algatrium will boost the absorption of glutathione in the body faster. Fewer pills to pop because of that too. 

     This post is getting lengthy already and I have more things to share. Comment all your questions and I'll base my answers according to what Dra. Cecille explained to us :) I'm relieved that there will be professional advice or backup for those who want to take glutathione but are afraid of ingesting food supplements/medicine inside their body.
