Robinsons Supermarket "Give Wellness" Promo Launch

     It's already a drill that November and December are the months where Robinsons Supermarket gives the gift of wellness in time for the holiday season. The last leg of Route to Wellness campaign is all about giving. The ''Give Wellness'' event was launched last Saturday at the Eastwood Mall Open Park in Libis, Quezon City.

     This year, the theme of this event was the Polar Express. Shoppers and families had a merry experience discovering the meaning of sharing and giving back to the community by joining the activities and product sampling during the event.      I believe that we are unique, we are all different. Even identical twins can still be different emotionally that's why I support Penshoppe's latest campaign to raise awareness against bullying. According to the study, one is being bullied because he/she thinks and act differently. 

     I can still remember the time when one of my classmates was being bullied. He was teased and physically assaulted by other students from a higher level. It's a traumatic experience for the person being bullied and it will bring impact later on his life.      What qualities do you look for or consider when buying a pair of shoes? For me, it's always comfort because I have a very, when I say very it's very, very, sensitive feet. I get blisters and corns easily that's why I always make sure to buy the style that will take me to many places, literally.

     I never thought that an expensive brand such as Cole Haan has designs that are fashionable yet comfortable to wear. Extraordinary comes to life when Cole Haan Philippines opened their 7th store at Ayala Malls The 30th and I'm one of the lucky guests who got the first dibs on the reveal of their 2017 Fall Collection.      Aside from the store opening of Cole Haan, that day was the big reveal of the latest collections- GrandEvølution, GrandMøtion and StudiøGrand.

     The store follows the design of the brand’s stores in the United States. The neutral color palette that's traditional and modern best describes the 107-square meter space. It is well lit that's why I was able to take a nice photo to show the details of the shoes. The display includes men's and women's footwear, apparel, handbags and accessories.

• This collection is what hubby recommends if you want comfort and style in one. He said that the design can be worn in different outfits- casual, semi-formal, and athletic weight. It's one of the athleisure essentials.

• StudiøGrand footwear was designed in collaboration with three dancers from New York City Ballet, including principal dancer Sara Mearns.
• The pairs in black, blue, and nude are highly recommended by yours truly. Look at the style, can be worn in all types of outfit- dress, jeans, shorts, and skirts :)

Feature: Grande Rice Bran Oil

     Healthy eating habits start in the kitchen that's why choosing the right ingredient is beneficial in achieving overall wellness. My husband cooks our food. He knows that a healthy meal is made of fresh and natural ingredients. As much as possible, he buys fresh meat and vegetables in the supermarket and uses cooking oil that's low in cholesterol.

     Speaking of cooking oil, we use palm and corn oil alternately. My mother-in-law supplies us with corn oil that she buys in Saudi Arabia. If our stocks run out, then palm oil is what we use in frying our food. Aside from these, there are also other cooking oils that have healthier benefits like extra virgin olive, coconut, and vegetable oil but the latter two are chemically processed.
