Product Review: Natura Organics Emergency Ex-Zit Gel

     Hello dearies! I will not make a very long introduction to this wonderful product that was sent to me by Natura Organics months ago to try and see if this will make nasty pimple exit or go away. The name of this pimple gel says it all. It's a remedy for this kind of emergency where a pimple or zit is going to pop up a day or two before your big day. It's so frustrating that an angry, reddish, and humongous pimple is threatening to ruin your first date, your photo shoot, or presentation because it wants to show up in your face.

     This is my third pimple spot treatment to date. I don't have flawless skin, I have freckles and I often get a zit or two before, during, and after my monthly period. When I was in college I have this bad habit of pricking those nasty zits on my cheeks and chin where they always pop out if the size is still the same after a week. Thank goodness that pimple gels and pimple spot corrector were invented, no more popping just apply a dot and see the magic work if the brand you have in hand is effective but if not, nothing will happen overnight or after three days.      Below is a proof that Natura Organics Emergency Ex-Zit Gel is an effective pimple spot treatment. I apply this gel thrice or four times a day and after two days, the pimple has subsided then totally healed after four days. All healed. The only problem I have is dark spot cause by the zit.

What I like:

• The price is  super affordable for a 20 g of product! 
• This pimple gel can pass as unscented.
• There's a plastic lid on top of cover. I accidentally drop this tub and the lid prevented the gel from transferring to the cover.
• It's gel-type in nature but a bit runny.
• A little amount goes a long way.
• There's a minty and cooling sensation once the product is applied on my angry, reddish, and painful zit.
• Doesn't burn or peel the site where I applied it.
• This gel reduced the size of my pimple overnight.
• After 2 days, the pimple has dried up.

What I don't like:

• The packaging is flimsy.
• The product is in a container without spatula. It would be great if this product is packaged in a plastic tube with nozzle tip for ease of use since all I need is a spot- dot size amount in treating pimples. I will just use my fingers or cotton buds to spread the product on my pimple/s.
• No ingredients list printed on the package.
• No batch, manufacturing, and expiry date.
• Not easily accessible.

Will I repurchase? Yes! But not for now since I still have a tub to finish but this one is back-up worthy!

Recommendations:

     I give this a 4.5/5 rating. If you're eager to really make your pimple/s gone in less than two days, make sure to use it more than twice a day. Religious application will make heal pimple/s faster. Since I'm always at home I make sure to apply a thin layer three or four times a day. I'm totally surprised when I woke up the next day because swelling, redness, and size of my pimples had been reduced then after two days it's gone already. If there's a sign that a new pimple is coming out, I immediately apply this gel and voila! I can bid my pimples goodbye :D

     Hello dearies! Still enjoying summer? I know you are! There are different activities that makes summer a well-loved season here in our country. A family vacation to one of the pristine beaches and resorts, a barkada outing and road trip to amusement parks, and joining summer activities like outdoor leagues and sports. 

     This season is the season where we enjoy Mr. Sun the most, we don't care if we get a beautiful tan right? But with the activities I listed above, the more active we are, the more sweat we get especially that this insane heat makes us sweat more than the usual.      If you're a body wash fanatic, they also have body washes for you! The sensitive and acne-prone body wash. The latter is great for those suffering from bacne. Remember that excessive sweating can attract bacteria so skin care product that protects you from germs is what you need.

     Even though I have fair skin, I still worry every month about The Pimpy attack! Pimpy the pimple is always present every month usually a week before my period.      If my memory serves me right, three years ago I had a hatred feeling against a certain black soap. It's not the black bleaching bar that I've tried from one of the famous brand of organic skin care products in our country today.      Concealers, one of the best I've been breaking out day savior! Almost all of the women I know had their share of breakouts, big or small. It can make or break your day if you don't know to hide them. To conceal stubborn pimples, one needs a heavy duty concealer that will erase or hide them instantly.      Hello dearies! I'm back with another review. But this time I let my hubby use this soap for thirty days. If you're wondering why I made him as my guinea pig, well it's because the soap is suited for his skin type. The soap that I'm going to introduce today is suited for oily and irritated skin. I presume everyone knows that Aloe Vera is one of the most widely used skin care product that comes from nature even during the old times. I can still remember our Aloe Vera plant that my grandmother planted in her backyard. Whenever we go to her house for a vacation and my cousin's skin got irritated, she will pick a leaf of Aloe Vera, wash it and get the gel coming out of the leaf. It's amazing that the itchy irritated and red like skin patches become tamed after the application of the gel. 

     Going back to my review, this soap is really suited to individuals with oily and irritated skin. Combined with jojoba oil that also makes the skin nourished and moisturized, the soap is another moisturizer in a bar. Don't get me wrong if I tell you that oily skin needs to be moisturized too. If you'll do your research, most oily skin individuals need to use moisturizer to protect the layer of the skin thus minimizing the irritation and less production of sebum. Well according to the hubby, after using the soap on his oily face he noticed that his skin feels smooth to touch. When he uses the soap on his body that has dry patches, he said that the itchiness lessened after taking a bath. What I like:

• It's organic.

What I don't like:

• The price can be a bit steep for teenagers specially on their adolescence stage because this is the time where breakouts begin. If they will maintain this supplement, it will cost them around 1,800+ for a months supply. I'm sure moms will skip this and let them cure acne breakouts through topical ointments.

Will I repurchase? Yes, it's in the realm of possibility.

Recommendation:

     I give this a 4/5 rating. This is my first time taking an anti acne supplement and I'm impressed even thought it didn't gave me the kinis (smooth) skin that I wanted to achieve. It still helped me though in managing breakouts during my period. The products they sent me are good for 1 and a half month supply so I guess it will take months before I see the maximum result. Maybe taking it religiously for 3 months will totally heal existing blemishes and prevent future breakouts. But if given a chance, I will take this supplement again since this is organic and doesn't contain harmful chemicals.

Product Review: Quick FX Pimple Eraser

     Hi dearies! Today I want to share my thoughts on this cheap and effective product that I dared to try hoping that it will help me lighten up dark marks on my face caused by pimples. I saw this at Watson's months ago and I'm a bit skeptical if this product will work. Whenever I shop for my toiletries, my eyes were glued on this but I always resists the urge thinking that it will not work because it's cheap and never heard of the brand before. If I'm not mistaken, I attempted to put this on my shopping basket more than five times and when I'm going to pay for it, I will just leave it on the counter or inside my shopping basket thinking that it's just a waste of money if I'll purchase it. 

     So when my skin was acting up last month, I decided to take extra care of it by adding spot treatments. I searched for a zit zapper and I found a good one here. Pimples will leave a mark or post pigmentation that will eventually lighten up on it's own but it will take more than a month or longer depending on our skin's ability to regenerate. But for some individuals like me who have fair skin, this dark marks or blemishes look very unsightly. I can use a concealer to hide those marks and a heavy duty concealer that is pretty expensive will do the job. Since I'm a cheapskate, I'll look for another alternative.

     I have no choice but to brave myself and try this Quick FX pimple eraser that I've been tempting to buy at Watsons long time ago. • I noticed that some pimple marks lightened after three weeks of religious application.
• There's a bit of peeling on the newly dried pimple and post acne scar.

What I don't like:

• The packaging- you have to transfer the product to a small pot container. I think it's more convenient to use if they place the product in a tube-type container.
• Takes a little time and effort to absorb.

Recommendation:

     I give this a 4.25 4.75/5 rating. I use this together with Celeteque Acne Spot Corrector Gel and with patience of applying both product day and night, I can say that there's an improvement on the size and intensity of blemishes and dark spots on my face. This cream does not produce significant results overnight so be patient and apply it religiously. If you have spare time, you can apply the product more than twice like what I do to speed up the lightening process. Make sure you do a patch test before applying the product. It contains mineral oil so to those allergic to it just skip this.

Product Review: Celeteque Acne Spot Corrector Gel

     Hello there loves! Hope you're all doing fine :D I'm excited to make this review because after two weeks of using religiously, I can attest to its effectiveness in combating those painful reddish pimple and dark spots or pimple marks. This is my first spot treatment to date since I just let a pimple or two subside by itself before. I have this bad habit of pricking those nasty zits on my cheeks and chin where they always pop out if the size is still the same after a week. I'm glad that after so many years of just letting pimples to come out of my face before and after my monthly period already found a solution.

     Thanks to Celeteque DermoScience for bringing this product line. Although I haven't tried the Acne Solutions line, I'm sure they will give good results if used consistently. I suffered from acne breakouts last month and I'm considering two spot corrector that time. Since Celeteque is a trusted brand when it comes to skin care that's dermatologist-tested and hypoallergenic, I gave it a try and satisfied with the results. 

      I bought this Celeteque Acne Spot Correcting Gel three weeks ago and applied on existing cystic acne and new ones. Patience is a virtue, I'm not expecting this to make my pimple disappear overnight but in some cases or depending the size it can make a big difference on the size of a pimple after 12 hours. My son accidentally deleted the photo of my angry pimps that I wanted to show you- bummer! But I swear this product works!!! What I like:

• The price- very affordable.
• Comes in a handy tube that fits in my palm.
• I can control the amount of product coming out of this nozzle type of tube.
• A little goes a long way.
• Has a medicinal smell but tolerable.
• There's a bit of stinging upon application, an indication that the product is working on the affected area.
• Doesn't burn or peel the site where I applied it.
• Reduced the size of my pimple after 12 hours and gone after 2-3 days.
• Has batch, manufacturing and expiry date stamped on the box and the tube.

What I don't like:

• Sometimes it's out of stock.

Will I repurchase? Yes! It's back-up worthy :D

Recommendations:

     I give this a 4.5/5 rating. If you have time, use it more than twice a day to speed up the healing process of your zits. Since I'm always at home I make sure to apply a thin layer three or four times a day depending on the size of my pimples. I'm happy that when I wake up the next day it reduced the swelling, redness and size. If there's a sign that a new pimple is coming out, I immediately apply this gel and voila! I can bid my pimples goodbye :D
