     Hi dearies! Thank you so much for reading my glutathione reviews. I know it's hard to choose a brand because there are so many to choose from. There are three things to consider in choosing the best brand for you- ingredients, price, and effect. That's why I always stress that what works for me may not work for you or vice versa.

     Taking glutathione alone will not work if you have dark or morena/o skin tone to begin with. Another factor that you should always take into consideration is lifestyle change. Once you take glutathione, you have to cut all your vices, use sunblock everyday, avoid sun exposure, and other things that will result in skin darkening.      For me, the most basic whitening skin care product is whitening soap. I've tried so many whitening soaps in the past and around 70% of them are effective in making my skin soft, smooth, and glowing. The whitening or lightening effect comes last since I'm already fair to begin with.

     Yes, you've read that right :) The favorite glutathione brand now comes in delicious coffee. I received two boxes of Ishigaki Glutathione Coffee last December and as a self-confessed coffee lover, I immediately opened the box when it reached our doorsteps.
