     I can still remember my first dining experience at Tenya Tempura Tendon, Market Market courtesy of my very good friend, Ruth Dela Cruz. We had an awesome catch-up conversion over flavorful Japanese dishes inside this cozy restaurant. I ordered my favorite shrimp tempura while she introduced me to her default order, spicy salmon salad.
