     I always tell you, my dear readers, that "health is wealth" and we must take good care of our family's health as early as possible. I have a dialysis patient father who neglected his health because he just doesn't care about his lifestyle before. He's diabetic for more than fifteen years and yet still living an unhealthy lifestyle that time. Fast-forward today, he is reaping what he sow. Five years on dialysis is so hard but manageable as long as you have the resources and patience.  But life must go on because dialysis is the only way to prolong his life aside from kidney transplant that in my opinion has more risk. 

     Anyhoo, I just want to share in this blog post the natural and alternative products that I'm currently taking. Take not that I'm not encouraging everyone to try this too because it's still important to consult your doctor before taking any kind of food supplement or alternative products especially if you're under medication.

     I've seen this brand years ago but did not give a d*mn about their products because in mind it's another MLM company sprouting like mushrooms everywhere. If my memory serves me right, EDMARK Philippines has been in the country since 1992 but during that time they are selling household products in SM Malls. So fast forward today, the company is more focused on MLM weight loss program and health products.

     I'm sure you're excited to see the products that Mr. Felix Dumaboc, trusted distributor of Edmark Philippines weight loss and health products in our area sent me to try. I'm skeptical at first because if you'll read the claims on each product, you'll really question if it will really do this or that to your body. But after taking these three products for a month, I'm a total convert!

1. Edmark Red Yeast Coffee (20 sachets/box P355)

2. Edmark Splina Liquid Chlorophyll (500ml P1,015)

     Chlorophyll is a pigment that gives plants its green color. It is crucial for plant's survival because it is the agent for photosynthesis. Photosynthesis occurs as plants take in sunlight and with that energy, chlorophyll changes to water and carbon dioxide obtained from the air into sugar. Why do we need chlorophyll? According to American Nutritionist Prof Ragnar Berg, it is beneficial in balancing the acid-akali level in our body. 3. Edmark Spirulina (100 tablets P600)

     I'll make a separate review for each product that you see above. If you're already familiar with Edmark Philippines, I presume you have tried one of these. I'm not a medical expert, and my opinions here are based on my experience during the time I'm taking the products. I'll be sharing my thoughts on my next blog post.
