Product Review: COSMO Skin Exfoliant Soap

 It's nice to see how Cosmo Skin upgraded their beauty and skin care products. Some five years ago they just started from one variant of soap and two kinds of skin care supplements. I've tried their whitening soap (Cosmo Skin Glutathione and Arbutin Soap) before venturing into organic ones. I can say it's cost effective and if you're really serious in making your skin lighter, then Cosmo Skin is for you. I'm fair skinned to begin with but using the soap that I've mentioned above made my fair skin more even toned and smoother. If you'll ask me why I stopped using the soap, then my hormones got to be blamed and organic skin care soaps became my life saver. Switching to natural skin care products doesn't mean that it'll give you good results forever. Like in my case, there were times that my skin got immune to my favorite organic brands too. What I do is to alternate all my HG soaps and when there's a new brand to try, I take time to read the labels and dare to use it without a doubt. If I see a negative reaction after three uses, I stop using it. 

     Remember my post about the Cosmo Skin bfpc The Beauty Event? If not click HERE. I was very privilege to attend that event because it rekindles my love for Cosmo Skin. Product Review: Cosmo Skin Collagen Hand and Body Cream

     Happy Sunday to all despite the gloomy weather outside. Hope everyone is safe so stay indoors and relax while reading your favorite blogs :) Anyhoo, here's a review of another promising skin care product that I've been using for three weeks now. If you're the type who likes to see fast results then read the whole review so that you'll understand why I'm starting to like it even though I enumerated three negative things about this so called hand and body cream. Yes, it's a cream form of lotion. I presume what you have in mind now is the cons of using this product. In my honest opinion, cream based lotion is a no no especially in our humid weather, right? But there's another way where you can still use this type of lotion and see results immediately.

I've known this brand some four years ago and tried their soap more than once. If I've been blogging during that time, it's a sure thing that I'll be raving it over and over again. I've also tried their Grape Seed Extract supplement and I can say that it's a better alternative to Vitamin C because it has more anti-oxidant properties than Vitamin C alone.

Sample Room Products for September + Haul

     Ten days to go and hello October! Before the month ends, I would like to share another mini haul for the month of September. If you're a long time reader of this blog, I'm sure you've seen these products on my past haul posts.  I hope you'll not get bored of this same old skin care products haul. Good news is, I got new products from Sample Room! Already a member of Sample Room but having a hard time getting samples? Fret not because we have the same fate. Haha! My ninja moves doesn't work all the time hence the products that I'm eyeing always get OOS whenever I logged into my Sample Room account. I believe that Patience is a Virtue so when I saw Sample Room partner bloggers announced on their social media accounts that there will be a restocked of products, I patiently waited and tadah~ I got what I really want to get from their samples this month. 

     Yay for a full-sized tube of Colour Collection BB cream! Thank you very much Sample Room for spoiling us- your roomates with promising skin care and makeup brands both coming from local and international names. I'm currently road-testing this bb cream and as of the moment my initial thoughts are mostly positive.      A report by the World Health Organization (WHO) shockingly reveals that over 3 million children in the Philippines are overweight or obese. Over the years, the prevalence of obesity and obesity-related diseases among children in the country has risen sharply. The numbers have doubled over the past couple of decades and tripled over the last 30 years. If the trend is allowed to continue through our parental neglect, inaction, or indifference, it is possible that the numbers will quadruple in another ten years.
