What I like:
- Sealed upon purchase.
- Comes in a handy bottle complete with product information.
- This is a 2-in-1 product great for whitening the skin and losing weight.
- It contains a decent amount of one of the purest form of collagen- hydroxyproline.
- I didn't experience any discomforts like vomiting, headache, nausea, breakouts or whatsoever.
- It made my skin glowing even if there are times that I need to stay late at night.
- It lessened cystic pimples popping around my chin which I experience every month.
- The color of my freckles lightened a bit while I'm taking this capsule.
- Taking the product in the morning had curbed my appetite the whole day.
- It made me sweat even if I do simple movements.
- Batch, manufacturing and expiry date printed on the package.
What I don't like:
- Not easily accessible.
- Since the recommended dosage is twice a day, I find the price a bit steep.
- It's expensive for budget-conscious individuals.

DeleteHi Melbie :) Try Lipton Green tea 30 mins before meal. 1 week palang akong user. 2nd day palang napansin ko hindi ko maubos yung food. Like if I eat 1 cup of rice, half palang nakakain ko parang busog na busog na ko. Ngayon nagtetake ako ng morning and after dinner. Para di na ko magugutom after dinner. :) give it a shot. Try mo kahit 1box lang. 10pcs yun for I think 69pesos or so.

ReplyDeleteGlutafit and every supplements are only effective kung sasamahan nyo ng disiplina sa pagkain at syempre it requires na maging at least active kayo....no need for exercise but a simple walk everyday will do...hindi naman magic yan na papayat ka in one night..nag boboost lang yan para mapabilis pagpayat mo...ive used this product and im satisfied..pero ako kasi combined ang paggamit ko i do 5 days cleansing muna with green yea and green pill (all natural) then saka ko gamit ng gluta after the 5 days cleansing. ..its very very effective...yun nga lang poo poo ka ng poo poo sa 5 days kasi nilalabas nya toxins ng katawan mo and it cleansing your liver at same time...its a very good product and i cant complain..ive tried so many supplements and diet pills but d2 lang talaga ako nakakita ng real result. Good day ms Kath, maganda ang mga jc premiere products.i discovered their products last march 2018..i started using their kpads dahil sa sobrang sakit ng dysmenorrhea which i experience every month talaga. Since i found it effective, i decided to try the other products, now i am using the glutafit, vit c, toner and soap. So far, hiyang ako sa mga nagamit ko, nwala ang mga pimples ko, ang sarap nang tulog ko and hindi ako masyadong nagugutom..
