Oishi Snacktacular 2016

     The most exciting and fun-filled event that made me WOW last year is making a big come back this year to give their fans another round of  awesomeness as Oishi- makers of snacks and drinks that make us say O, Wow! will turn an event center as a big play ground for kids and kids at heart this weekend.  

     Summer has winded down but this year is about to get even more exciting with the return of Oishi Snacktacular. The fun-filled affair will be held at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall on July 15-17 showcasing interactive booths, fan- favorite snacks, and Oishi’s iconic Team O members – Daniel Padilla, Kathryn Bernardo, Ramon Bautista, Alex Gonzaga, Slater Young, and Elmo Magalona. Jimuel Pacquiao for BlueWater Day Spa's Anti-Ance Treatment

     Jimuel Pacquiao, the eldest son of boxing legend Sen. Manny Pacquiao and former vice governor of Sarangani Jinkee Pacquiao, steps out from the shadows of his celebrity parents and into his own light. As the new ambassador of BlueWater Day Spa, the premiere lifestyle center for beauty and wellness, Jimuel aims to give a voice to the under-represented youth.

     During the event, Sen. Manny Pacquiao and former vice governor of Sarangani Jinkee Pacquiao gave their full support to Jimuel who is their eldest child. They arrived so excited to see Jimuel being interviewed by the press. To tell you honestly, I'm expecting Jimuel to be overbearing because he was the son of a boxing legend but lo and behold, he's down to earth, polite, and humble. • This 15-year-old juggles an intense academic life as a Grade 10 student as well as the responsibilities of a varsity basketball team player. 
• The task of balancing school, sports, extra-curricular activities and family does sometimes cause stress, he shares. which leads to pimples and breakouts. 
• This of course further exasperates the situation.
• While the child of extraordinary parents, Jimuel is a typical teen, who is not immune to the breakouts and skin problems that come with growing up.

     "Especially as a teen myself, I understand the needs of those my age. Jimuel clarifies that he has no plans of going into showbiz, "but I was excited to join the BWDS family because I think it's a great opportunity to become a voice for the youth."

     If my memory serves me right, I've seen an old friend wearing Gola sneakers ten years ago. I was in college back then and in one of our unplanned meeting, he was sporting a brown sneakers with the word Gola printed on the lower side of the shoes.      There's short program during the event. A mini catwalk happened where the models strutted the runway wearing these Golas! Looking at the photos, you can see them wear their Golas in different outfits that's wearable and stylish.

     I've seen Pinoy talents posing in the red carpet for this yearly event.
