     It's time to celebrate health and wellness as Robinsons Supermarket recently launch the 4th leg of the year-long Robinsons Route to Wellness Campaign. Being healthy is a choice and we need to celebrate it every day with our families, friends, and loved ones. We always say 'thank you' above for giving us blessings every day that's why when one reaches his or her birthday healthy every year, we choose to celebrate it with them.

     Robinsons Supermarket joins us in celebrating a healthy lifestyle. Last August 6, 2016, Robinsons Supermarket organized a Wellness Theme Park at Eastwood Mall to launch the Celebrate promo. Families came together and spent a fun and learning-filled day. Highlights include a bubble station, popcorn maker and a roller-coaster themed photo booth. More details of the event below :)

     Before the event started, we visited every booth at the venue and played different games that the participating brands prepared for all the visitors. I also learned some trivia about health and wellness that day.

     Kuya Tonipet Gaba hosted this public event that's why mall goers got a chance to join the activities in different booths. They just presented a receipt of proof of purchase that includes the products of participating brands.

     Kids and kids at heart enjoyed the games and activities in each booth. I also participated in the booths like shooting the balls, rolling the dice, and memory games. These booths offered educational and fun activities that made each contestant excited because there were prizes at stake too!

     The Route to Wellness is a series of promos which started in March with Explore, Learn in May, and the Wellness Festival in July. It will culminate with Give in December where more wellness rewards will be given away to customers. Customers are encouraged to collect at least 5 stamps at every promo period to get a PHP100 Robinsons gift certificate.

     What comes to your mind when you see and hear the word 'fresh?' If you're going to ask me, a no brainer answer would be food! I presume that you have the same answer as mine. Mommies will really ensure that the food she serves her family is always clean and fresh. Our health is very important that's why moms like me strive hard to give the freshest ingredients available in the market for the welfare of our family.

     Last Tuesday, I've discovered a lot of things with this month's Freshtival 2016 celebration launched at Robinsons Magnolia. Obviously, all the topics discussed by Robinsons Supermarket division managers concentrated with everything Fresh that Robinsons Supermarket has to offer their consumers. I want to write down everything that I've learned, from the basics up to the most complicated topics concerning health and wellness but I'll just highlight important and exciting information why on its 3rd year, Robinsons Supermarket 'Route to Wellness' Campaign- Freshtival will make grocery shopping rewarding and fulfilling.

     Robinsons Supermarket ensures that the fresh produce section has everything you need, from green leafy vegetables and succulent fruits. For fruits that are not in season, Robinsons Supermarket have them in shelves. So if you're craving for tropical fruits, you can find them in select store. By the way, they also have hyrdoponic vegetables which are pesticide-free, grown in rich nutrient water. However, they are still in the growing stage for this because of El Nino. Every year, Robinsons campaign to a healthy lifestyle is becoming bigger and better. Shopping is always rewarding at Robinsons Supermarket because this July, the highlight for the year-long "Route to Wellness Campaign" is all about health and fitness! This 3rd leg is called the Wellness Festival.

     Everyone is striving to live a healthy lifestyle. Most of my friends are setting their fitness goals since last year. In this age where stress is inevitable, we need to look for alternatives to sustain a healthy mind and body not only for ourselves but also for our family. The Wellness Festival was recently launch with a larger-than-life FRESH Salad bowl. A symbol of healthier eating habit. It's a fun-filled afternoon because there were also activities and engaging booths to all the guests invited. More highlights below :)

     The Wellness Festival event was held in Robinsons Place Magnolia and it was an afternoon Fitness glow party, led by coaches Jim and Toni Saret, perfectly captured the joyful feel of the celebration. The event was hoted by Tonipet Gaba and the party started at sunset so that the glow sticks will light up the sky as the crowd's energy rise while doing different exercise movements.

• As part of the Route to Wellness campaign, the Learn promo will continue to provide customers the chance to avail of Wellness Passports at any Robinsons Supermarket—valid all year round, without any purchase requirement—for opportunities to win wellness rewards.

I was invited during the launch and witnessed the first health and wellness related campaign of Robinsons Supermarket for 2016.
