Product Review: Althea Petal Velvet Sunaway SPF50+ PA++++

     Ever since I became more serious in taking care of my skin, I see to it that I apply an ample amount of sunscreen on my face after the wash, tone and moisturize routine. I use sunscreen every day even when I'm indoors because hello, UVA! The fluorescent light at home and blue light coming from a laptop, mobile phone, and other gadgets emit a low level of radiation hence using sun protection products all the time is a must.

     I've tried a few brands of sunscreen before and only two of them became a mainstay in my skincare stash. Looks like a new baby from Althea Korea will join the army.      If there's one subscription box that I want to receive over and over again, that box would be the Althea Beauty Box! I presume you already know that Althea Korea and Althea Philippines because most of your favorite beauty and lifestyle bloggers are highly recommending both. Althea Korea Turns 2 Birthday Haul

     Althea Korea turned 2 last July and it rained blue beauty boxes all over Asia and to countries where Althea Korea ships their products. There were so many surprises in store last July for both K Beauty fans and beauty bloggers who were called Althea Birthday Squad.

     I'm one of the few bloggers who joined the squad in spreading the birthday cheer. I received Althea’s Limited Edition Birthday Cake Box with DIY cake box deco, a birthday card, and gift pack which consisted of my haul. Product Review: Saemmul Real Tint

     I'm going gaga over lip and cheek tints right now hence rekindling my love to the first kind of blush that I was using when I was in college. Tints are becoming a staple in every girls makeup stash because the 'no makeup' makeup look is trending. The key to this is a natural flush on cheeks, natural brows and bb or cc cushion on face.

     The simplest and easiest way to achieve a natural flush on your cheeks is by using cheek tint. Did you know that there are different formulas of cheek tint available? I've tried a few of them like liquid tint, gel stain, and balm or stick type. My latest discovery is from the Korean brand The Saem. Their Saemmul Real Tint is a lip tint but I'm using it more often as a cheek tint. Intrigued? See my full review below :)

Product Review: W.Lab Clear Finish Gel Liner

     I always find myself in makeup haven every time I visit altheakorea.ph website. When it was launched last year, I did some makeup shopping and bought products that's not available locally. It was a great experience because the products I bought did not fail and made into my makeup must-haves list.

     One of the brands that I swear when it comes to quality and performance is my W.Lab Clear Finish Gel Liner. Despite the hefty price tag, I still find it worth every peso because it's the only eyeliner that lasted more than 10 hours on my not so oily but panda eyelids without smudging and smearing.      Hello dearies! Last May 12, I was invited to the grand launch of Cathy Doll Philippines at Crowne Plaza with other beauty bloggers/vloggers who were so excited to see the wide array of cosmetic line this Thai favorite brand has to offer. If my memory serves me right, I've seen a few Cathy Doll products sold online and I was eyeing on their bb creams because of good reviews. I also saw different skin care products but I had a had time availing them because I have to wait for the products to arrive since it will come all the way from Korea.

     Looks like the angels in heaven have heard the wishes of Cathy Doll fanatics because our friends from Karmart brought not only one or two Cathy Doll products, but the entire line of makeup, skin care, and personal effects line. I'm so excited to share with you some of their products or my haul that day. Yay to an awesome loot because believe it or not I received a bag full of Cathy Doll products that I'll be using from head to toe! Highlights of the event below :)
