     For me, the most basic whitening skin care product is whitening soap. I've tried so many whitening soaps in the past and around 70% of them are effective in making my skin soft, smooth, and glowing. The whitening or lightening effect comes last since I'm already fair to begin with.

     Before I learned how to use blush powders and creams on my cheeks, lip & cheek tints are my best friend. I was in college back then when a Thai brand of makeup sells cheap but effective products and one of them was my favorite cheek tint.
