     I believe in the saying that "Mothers know best." As a mom, I always wanted the best for my son. I always make sure to do my research first before buying and trying out products that my son will use everyday. I'm a meticulous person even before I got married. I check the labels of skin care products that I use and that makes me more knowledgeable of the ingredients that a product have.

     Baby's skin is so sensitive and using products that contain different chemicals may bring allergies and other skin-related problems. Their skin is so delicate and needs utmost care. When my son was still a baby, I always make sure to buy skin care products that are 100% natural but I always fail because some have hidden chemical ingredients that makes his skin so dry.      I was so happy and excited the moment Belo Baby products reached our doorsteps. I immediately checked all the ingredients and to my surprise, yay to 100% natural ingredients and 0% harmful chemicals. Since Kenzo is turning 7 this June, I let him use the Belo Baby Bar Soap and Belo Baby Cologne in Cool Drizzle. I decided to let me nieces use the rest of the products like the Belo Baby Hair and Body Wash, Belo Baby Face and Body Lotion plus the remaining Belo Baby Cologne to see the effects on their skin. My nieces' skin are more sensitive because they are still babies (4-month and 11-month old). After a week of using the products, see their experiences after the jump!

What I like:

• The price of each product is affordable and budget-friendly. 
• The packaging- they're all cute! I got a lot of comments on my Instagram post that they like the design and the color combination of each packaging :)
• It's all-natural. Made from 100% natural ingredients. 
• 0% harmful ingredients. So these products are sure that NO Tetrasodium EDTA, Magnesium Sulfate, Sodium Tallowate, Phthalates, Parabens, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS), Formaldehyde, Tetrasodium Etidronat,e Dmdm Hydantoin present in the ingredients.
• Belo Baby Soap, Belo Baby Face and Body Lotion, and Belo Baby Hair and Body Wash has a mild scent. It smells like that of a new born baby.
• Belo Baby Soap produces a creamy lather.
• Belo Baby Soap doesn't melt fast despite the hot weather even if it's made with natural ingredients.

• Belo Baby Face and Body Lotion has a rich and thick texture that is easy to apply. Non-greasy and non-oily. A little amount goes a long way. 
• Belo Baby Face and Body Lotion makes my son's skin moisturized the whole day. Kenzo's legs tend to get dry in the afternoon 
• Belo Baby Colognes have different scents that are not overpowering. The scents are mild and last long on my nieces' and son's skin. It's also gentle on the skin, no stinging or irritation after application.
• Easily accessible.
• There's batch, manufacturing and expiry dates printed on the packaging.

What I don't like:

• None so far!

Will I repurchase? Yes!!!

Recommendation:

     I give this a 5/5 rating. I like the entire line of Belo Baby because it's all natural and budget-friendly. I also like that it's perfect for all skin-types and not only for babies. I had an allergy last week, in my neck which was very itchy and a little scaly. I applied Belo Baby Face and Body Lotion and after two days, the itchiness and redness subsided already. 

     So I'm encouraging all moms and moms-to-be to try this product line from Belo Baby! I'm giving it a thumbs up! Yes, these products are highly recommended by yours truly after letting my 4-month old, 11-month old nieces to try the products and to my son who is turning 7 years old this June. My son loves the Belo Baby Bar Soap and Belo Baby Cologne in cool drizzle. #BeloBaby products ensures you that it is crafted with care for the most delicate skin, for the most meticulous moms.

What I like:

• The packaging is simple but dainty and pretty. You can read and see the information about the variant of the soap that's inside the box.
• The price- it's very affordable!
• I like the scent of rose and milk and vitamin c variant. The first one has a subtle rose scent while the latter is mild fruity.
• It produces a rich and creamy lather.
• My skin feels squeaky clean after each use.
• It's easy to rinse.
• My skin feels soft and smooth to touch after use.
• I can literally see a glow, like what I've said above there's a glittery-like glow on my skin.
• I also feel refreshed after taking a bath. Not sure if there's an ingredient that gives a little cooling effect.
• No irritation, breakouts, or whatsoever.
• The soap doesn't melt easily.
• There's a batch and expiry date stamped on the box packaging.
• It's easily accessible.
• There are three variants to choose from, all are intended to beautify the skin gently.

What I don't like:

• My sensitive nose dislikes the  papaya variant but I think it's just me because my sister and my mom likes that scent.

Will I repurchase: Yes, it's in the realm of possibility.

Recommendation:

     I give this a 4.5/5 rating. This rating goes for the rose and milk variant. I'll be testing the two variants in the next days and the variant with Vitamin C looks promising too as there's a natural ingredient known to whiten the skin- Morus Root Alba Extract (White Mulberry). I can say that the soap is okay in revealing my natural white skin after a week. It's good in exfoliating dead skin cells and in maintaining my skin tone even if I'm always out under the sun. Of course I still use my favorite sunblock.

     I'll keep using the remaining rose and milk variant for now as I'm loving the effects on my skin. The New Olay Skin Whitening Bar promises natural white skin from first use and in my observation is an effective yet gentle solution to whiten tired and uneven skin.

     Looks like there's another pimple and zit buster in town. Vida Nutriscience Inc., the makers of AcneCare Capsule and AcneCare Soap made their own version of Mario Badescu Drying Lotion but for a fraction of the cost. Last year, (yes, this is a long overdue post) Vida Nutriscience Inc. sent me the newest addition to their anti-acne skin care product line to try. I received boxes of AcneCare soap which I will just give a short shout out in this post as I haven't use a bar until now.

     This post will mainly focus on AcneCare Acne Drying Lotion which I presume that is receiving positive reviews from other bloggers who have tried it. I've been using this product once a month, pre-menstrual or post-menstrual period where one or two cystic pimples appear either on my chin or cheeks. So without further ado, here is my honest to goodness review of AcneCare Acne Drying Lotion.

What I like:

• The price is very affordable if I'll do the math because I only need a little amount to cover my zit/s.
• A little amount goes a long way.
• There's a minty and cooling sensation once the product is applied on my angry, reddish, and painful zit.
• Doesn't burn or peel the site where I applied it.
• Dries quickly upon application.
• It can dry up a small pimple overnight.
• There's a minty and cooling sensation that I felt upon application. It's soothing and can calm redness.
• No further irritation, breakouts, or whatsoever.
• Batch, manufacturing, expiration date printed on the bottle.
• Easily accessible.

What I don't like:

• The packaging is flimsy.
• I wish it's in a more decent bottle packaging.
• Always OOS. (out of stock)
• There's a herbalish scent that my nose can't tolerate.

Will I repurchase? Yes, but not for now as I still have a back-up bottle in my stash.

Recommendations:

     I give this a 4.75/5 rating. This is easy to apply just get a cotton bud and dip inside the bottle to get the pink sediment and apply it to your pimple/s. I highly recommend this product because it really works. For small pimples, it will take overnight but for those with a moderate case, it takes two to three days in my experience before the pimple/s shrink in size and totally dry itself.

     Even though the recommended dose of application is once a day, I apply it twice especially if a pimple is big and painful. What you need to do if you're just staying at home is apply this after a bath and after washing your face at night before bedtime.
