     During the event, Dr. Kaycee Reyes of Luminisce Holistic Skin Innovations debunked the myths on skin whitening and glutathione. She shared some tips on how to take care of the skin from within. I've also learned that there are no studies claiming the effectiveness of oral glutathione in skin whitening should you wish to take it for a long span of time. You should take it for two-three months max then stop for a month or two then you may continue again. After her talk, we were introduced to Thiocell Glutathione and what are the benefits it can do to our body aside from whitening.
