     More and more Filipinos are conscious of their health these days because of the dreadful diseases and life-threatening illnesses caused by sedentary and unhealthy lifestyle. When we speak of wellness, nutrition and exercise are two of the important factors in achieving a sound mind and body- the state of well-being. 

     As part of Robinsons Supermarket's commitment in helping Filipinos understand the importance of health and wellness, Robinsons Supermarket is celebrating their month-long celebration called Wellness Festival in time for nutrition month this July.
