     This generation is so lucky because curated beauty boxes are easily accessible. Subscription boxes landed in Philippine shores years ago and beauty aficionados' curiosity to try different makeup products are super-fed! I'm sure you'll be dancing once you receive full-sized products plus sampler inside a reusable box for only a fraction of the price.

Sample Room Products for March + Thank You Romwe

     Hi dearies! Haul time :) I presume you already know that you can grab mini and full-sized samples of skin care, hair care, tools, makeup and diet products from Sample Room. Since SR replenishes their samples once or twice a month, I can say that it is a must for beauty  and lifestyle blogger like me to grab a samples of new and exciting products in order to give you first dibs before they're sold in the market. I've been getting samples from Sample Room monthly and I need to become a ninja once in a while with the speed and agility skills. Samples run out so fast, that's why when you see samples on their site grab it immediately or you'll regret it afterwards. Anyhoo, I wasn't able to grab samples last February and this post is supposed to be published last March. Sample Room Products for November and December

     Hello dearies! Happy Sunday to all :) Did you noticed that I seldom make skin care and beauty haul post aside from Sample Room haul? To tell you honestly, I have so many unused skin care and makeup products that was given to me for review. I'm road testing it one by one that's why instead of buying my favorite products, I oblige myself from using them so that I can make a more in-depth observation about the positive and negative results. 

     So to start, I grabbed another sample of Colour Collection Matte Lipstick in Pinkish Nude then added some Godiva LicoWhite Whitening Lotion that I'll be giving away as prize for my December Member of the Month. My sister swears by this lotion so instead of using it, I want one of you to experience the effectiveness of the product.

Product Review: Colour Collection Vitamin E Matte Lipstick in Electra

     Here's a review of my very first red lipstick. Red, huh?! Not all girls can pull off red shades of lipstick decently. Some may find the shade sophisticated and Elegant while others may find the shade bitchy, sluty or matronish. Picking the right shade of red to suit ones skin tone is very tricky. If you can sport red lippie anywhere and anytime then lucky you! You'll see the Anne Curtis Smith in you who can wear red lipstick in all seasons! I'm also a late bloomer when it comes to lipsticks. I started using them on a regular basis some two years ago. I was scared before to apply bold colored lippie since I have a pigmented lips. I know that opaque and bold ones will look more intense when worn knowing that I have a pigmented lips. 

     Before I decided to try a red shade lipstick, I search for dupes of the infamous MAC Russian Red and Ruby Woo. I didn't found a dupe that I based from the photos of Temptalia. By the way, she is a famous international beauty blogger. So my search for the perfect red lipstick was set aside when my cousin from the US bought me MAC Girl About Town- a blue based pink lipstick and instantly fell in love with the color.

     Even though most of my lipsticks are pinks, I still want to try red just to see if I can wear it without looking like joker or a clown as what le hubby always jokes about. So when my sister-in-law gave me the brochure of Tupperware Brands, the distributor of Colour Collection makeup, and told me that she wanted to give me a thank you gift I didn't think twice and chose this shade. Wanna see if the lipsticks suits me? I wanna faint the first time I applied the lipstick but after three tries, I think I'm getting used to it. So here it is, Colour Collection lipstick in Electra.

Sample Room Products for September + Haul

     Ten days to go and hello October! Before the month ends, I would like to share another mini haul for the month of September. If you're a long time reader of this blog, I'm sure you've seen these products on my past haul posts.  I hope you'll not get bored of this same old skin care products haul. Good news is, I got new products from Sample Room! Already a member of Sample Room but having a hard time getting samples? Fret not because we have the same fate. Haha! My ninja moves doesn't work all the time hence the products that I'm eyeing always get OOS whenever I logged into my Sample Room account. I believe that Patience is a Virtue so when I saw Sample Room partner bloggers announced on their social media accounts that there will be a restocked of products, I patiently waited and tadah~ I got what I really want to get from their samples this month. 

     Yay for a full-sized tube of Colour Collection BB cream! Thank you very much Sample Room for spoiling us- your roomates with promising skin care and makeup brands both coming from local and international names. I'm currently road-testing this bb cream and as of the moment my initial thoughts are mostly positive.
