     I always dream of having long and luscious lashes. Unfortunately, my lashes are short, sparse, and thin. If I'm going to rate my lashes, I can say it's 3 of 10. Yes, my lashes are barely noticeable if I don't wear mascara. Even if I use mascara, I only achieve either longer lashes minus the volume or thicker lashes minus the length. 

     Long lashes have always been a dream to many Filipinas; with assets such as these, who needs to wear a lot of makeup especially now that Summer is here as well as the unbearable heat that comes with it? Finally, dream no more because long lashes can finally come true with Measurable Difference; many dreams of having dreamy lashes have finally become a reality. Well, after using Measurable Difference Lash & Brow Amplifying Serum with RegenaLash PLUS religiously for a month, I've seen a big difference!

     I have tried two eyelash serums in the past. The first one that I've tried made a difference in my lashes but there were downsides. The second eyelash treatment that I received for a review is something that I will not recommend. It's scary as hell as I've experienced discomforts while applying the serum in my lashes. I have to stop using it because it causes pain in my eyes. It stings big time! I don't want to risk my eyes just to have a longer and luscious lashes by using that brand.

     Actually I've lost hope in eyelash serums and treatments after that experience and resorted to eyelash extensions. If you're a follower on Instagram, I presume you've seen a selfie where I'm so happy with my eyelash extensions but that was only on the first week. Come second week, the not so good experience of having eyelash extensions happened to me. I can't wash my face properly, I saw my natural lashes falling off one by one, etc. ugh!

     Fast forward this year, I've seen Martha of The Beauty Junkee blog boasting on fleek eyelashes on her Instagram account and that lost hope of having a thicker and longer lashes came to life again. instructions for use: For lashes- Clean and dry the eye area. Remove contacts. Apply one thin layer along the base of the upper lashes. Allow to dry before adding makeup or moisturizer. 

For brows- Clean and dry brow hair. Apply 1-2 thin strokes along the brow.

Loving the results of this eyelash serum. I have healthier eyelashes that is longer and thicker. Look at the base, it's like I'm already wearing an everyday mascara.

What I like:

• The price- if I'll do the math, I can say it's worth the bucks.
• The packaging- it's packaged in a sleek box and in a simple mascara like tube that is handy and travel friendly.
• The lash brush is long and dense enough to pick up the right of product inside the tube.
• This lash and brow serum can pass as odourless.
• It's easy to apply and dries clear. Even if this product is intended to use before sleeping, I also use this at daytime, before applying my eyeliner and mascara.
• Lash & Brow Amplifying Serum with RegenaLash PLUS is a 2-in-1 product. Perfect for brows and lashes. I get to save for that since I don't need to buy a separate serum for my brows. 
• The serum is light in texture, non-sticky and not oily.
• It doesn't sting my eyes which I experienced from another brand of eyelash serum.
• No darkening of eyelids and under eyes which I also experienced from another brand before.
• No irritation, breakouts, or whatsoever experience after a month of using the product day and night.
• It lengthened and thickened my lashes. 
• Lashes on my lower lids are now visible. 
• Less falling of my lashes during curling or mascara application. 
• Batch, manufacturing, and expiry date is printed on the tube.

What I don't like:

• Those who have tight budget would say that the price is steep for a 3 ml product.
• It's only available at SM Beauty Store Makati, so it's not easily accessible.

Will I repurchase: A big fat YES!

Recommendation:

     I give this a 5/5 rating. But wait, can I give it 6/5? Yes it's a perfect rating despite the price and availability because what I'm after for is the real results. Who needs eyelash extensions if you can have longer and thicker eyelashes the natural way. If you're really serious in making lengthening and thickening your lashes, you need to be patience in applying the product before bedtime.

     Since I really really want to see results faster, I religiously apply the product day and night! No regrets as I've seen the results after 5 weeks and will apply it continuously because there are still product left with me. After achieving longer and thicker lashes, this serum is also good for maintenance. Like our hair that needs shampoo and conditioner everyday, I think our lashes need that love and care too so I highly recommend this product not only because you want to achieve vavavoom lashes after a month but for a healthier lashes day by day.

     For many people, the theory test part of learning to drive is more frightening than actually driving the car itself. In many cases, learner drivers feel comfortable learning to drive on the road and getting into the habit of safe driving in order to prepare for their practical test, but can’t get their heads around learning all of the different facts and bits of information that they will be asked about during the theory test. But, the theory test is essential to learning to drive and getting your license – without a pass, you won’t be allowed to sit the practical test, no matter how good of a driver you have become. Here are some top tips for passing your theory test.

Start Early

     Leaving revising for your theory test to the last minute is a recipe for disaster. Although you may learn a lot of the answers to the questions that you’ll be asked - such as identifying different road signs - whilst you’re actually out on your driving lessons, don’t assume that because you’ve had a lot of lessons you will know the answers to all of the questions. Beginning early gives you the best chance of learning as much information as possible and familiarising yourself with the type of questions that are asked. When it comes to revision materials, there is a huge range available. Along with the DVLA’s official materials, you can also get free access to mock tests and more at Top Tests. 

Ask Questions

     It is your driving instructor’s job to help you learn how to drive and pass your test with as little attempts as possible – and this includes the theory test, too. If you’re worried about any part of your theory test or have a question about any of the information included in the test, your driving instructor will be able to help. No matter how silly you think your question may seem, it’s important to make sure that you have a clear understanding of what is expected of you during the test and the type of questions that you will be answering. A good driving instructor will be knowledgeable about the theory test and able to discuss with you any problems or questions that you might have to help put your mind at rest. 

Drive First

    Many learner drivers take the theory test before they start driving in order to get it out of the way. Whilst this may be a good strategy for some, others fail on the hazard perception part of the test simply because they are not used to looking out for hazards on the road. Taking a few driving lessons before sitting your test can improve your response time, as you’ll be able to anticipate the types of hazards that you’re looking for and it will be less of an alien experience for you. Talk to your driving instructor about doing a driving lesson where you focus on hazards in order to best prepare you for this part of the test.
