Product Review: Beauty and Bright Facial and Body Lightening Moringa Soap

     Hello dearies! Happy Easter to everyone :) Today I'm going to share my thoughts on Beauty and Bright Facial and Body Lightening Moringa soap. I know this review took almost 2 months but I'm confident and happy to share it to you because it's not only me who used the soap religiously. I convinced my husband to try soap because I noticed his left arm has uneven skin tone because of driving without any protection around 10 a.m. everyday. He's not using sunblock or any kind of clothing to protect his skin. Before I decided to use this soap, he's already using it for more than 2 weeks. I'm very impressed because I really saw the improvement and told him his arm was getting lighter everyday. If I can only post his before and now photos, I will but his very shy and didn't want to take part in my blog post. I hope it's okay for you, his a very private person and I understand his reasons for that. Anyhoo, I noticed some changes on the intensity of dark mosquito bites on my legs after 3 weeks of using the soap religiously. I also have a blister on my right ankle that's very dark and now it looks soft and a bit lightened.

SEVEN BEAUTIFYING ACTIVES:

MORINGA EXTRACT- This extract is rich in Vitamin A that helps build more collagen in the skin. Moringa is also rich in Vitamin C that naturally lightens our skin.
PAPAYA- Our soap has more concentration of papaya enzymes than your regular papaya soap. Papaya helps skin in renewal and exfoliation.
KOJIC ACID- The acid is derived from mushroom and has been known to lighten pigmentation and freckles. Kojic acid is nature's best bleaching ingredient- your best alternative to harmful bleaching chemicals.
CAMELLIA JAPONICA, CANDEIA TREE and OXALIS TRIANGULARIS- The combination of three oils has been proven to inhibit the synthesis of melanin (which causes our skin to darken and create discoloration)

instruction for use: Wash your body and apply the Beauty and Bright serum bar, wait for 5 minutes to allow enough time for the skin to absorb the extract then rinse thoroughly. 

ingredients: Sodium Cocoate, Sodium Palmate, Moringa Extract (Vitamin A Source), Kojic Acid, Carica Papaya, Eremanthus Erythropappus (Love Plant), Camellia Japonica Seed Oil (Camellia), Oxalis Triangulis Oil (Candela), Plant based Lactic Acid, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Aloe Extract, Virgin Coconut Oil, Essential Oil as Fragrance.

What I like:

• It's organic!
• The price- it's affordable for 100php + that will not melt even if it's soft and took almost two months to finish.
• It's amazing how it can withstand the weather. It's summer and the heat is insane. There's no sign of melting or changes in size and shape. 
• The scent- it's minty, love the smell of this soap because everytime I use it I feel very relaxed.
• Produces a thick and creamy lather that applies very smooth on skin.
• My skin feels soft and squeaky clean after every wash. There's a tight feeling on my face but not too tight. 
• I can see a glow on my face and smaller pores when I looked in the mirror.
• Exfoliates well.
• Contains 7 LIGHTENING/BEAUTIFYING agents in 1 bar. 
• Doesn't made my skin dry after bath. If you're a long time user of whitening soaps, natural, organic or not you'll notice there's a bit of drying after use.
• Made some dark spots and blemishes caused by pimples appear lighter after a month of everyday use. 
• The packaging is very neat and simple. The box is loaded with information. Everything you need to know about the soap is printed on the box. 
• Complete batch, manufacturing and expiry date printed on the box.
• Did I mention it's affordable? I'll just make it cheap- after a month of using the soap on my face and body, there's an approximate of 1/3 bar left on my soap dish. 

What I don't like:

• None!

Will I repurchase? YES, definitely!

Recommendation:

     I give this soap a 4.75/5 rating. If you ask me why not 5/5, I have to be honest that I'm not a fan of soaps that has cooling sensation. The minty feel is a plus for now because it's summer but if I'm going to use this during cold months, methinks will not let the lather stay on my skin for 5 minutes. But nonetheless, this soap performs great and same as the Beauty and Bright Skin Lightening and Anti-Agin Serum Bar. You can use the soap as is, no need to cut into half. Don't worry, it's very soft to touch but it will not melt unlike other organic soaps that I've tried. I highly recommend this specially now the heat is insane. If you want to lighten your skin and relax while taking a bath at the same time, I highly recommend this soap. Le hubby loves it too, it's the first time he asked me where to buy this kind of soap :)

     Looking for a beauty or skincare product to match our personality and needs is not an easy task. Aside from considering the benefits that we get from them, we also take into consideration the price and availability. We all know that buying a certain product specially if it's our first time to try it whether high-end, cost-effective or affordable ones won't guarantee us the positive results that we're looking for. So what comes next after spending your hard earned money with the makeup that caused you allergic reactions or to your new moisturizer that gave you cystic pimples the next day? Of course you'll stop using the product even if it's expensive or not because it doesn't comply with your skin. Buying full-sized products has always been a con than pro for me. If my memory serves me right, I've purchased a lot of skin care and makeup products before and they ended up inside the garbage bin after two days. I've had regrets before and this always make me sad buying full-sized products. Aside from wasting my time going to this place just to access and buy the product, it's also a waste of money- I didn't get my money's worth from buying full-sized products that's not effective and just made my skin condition worst.

     Now, I'm so happy when Sample Room was created. Try before you buy sounds nice and it's a lot nicer when you actually tried the sample product first before purchasing full-sized ones. I'm very thankful because Sample Room made my sad experience a happy one after trying sample products. I can now try makeup and skincare products without breaking the bank

     Trying before buying makes me happy. I'm sure that I get my money's worth on my next purchase. I can save a lot from buying full-sized ones and will not worry of the outcome from the sample product that I've recently tried. C-Lium has anti-inflammatory properties, and as per my research, Psyllium Husk has been used by many to control blood sugar levels. No harm in trying this, for this purpose, I believe.

This is the MAIN benefit and good feature about C-Lium. What I love about C-Lium is that ever since I have been regularly taking it, my bowel movements have also been regular. BDJ Box Beauty Social Event

     Last Sunday March 24, I attended the BDJ Box Beauty Social Event at the SM Mall of Asia Atrium. This is the first event hosted by BDJ Box- a monthly beauty product discovery subscription service created to help women in their quest for the best beauty products. When beauty boxes subscription hit our country last year, BDJ Box is on top of my list. I find this box very helpful especially to those who loves to venture in different skin care products or those looking for their holy grail. When you subscribe to BDJ Box, you not only chance up to score a sample or full-sized beauty and skin care product but there's a lot more surprise to boot inside the box. Now back to the event, I'm so happy that I made it to the last minute of the beauty talk that I pre-registered. Before I went to the event, there's a lot of personal incident that happened but none of that can stop me from attending the event. Better late than never, right? So even if I'm late for my 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm talk, I still learned a lot from the speakers.

     After the wonderful talk, I toured myself around the venue and saw mini kiosks of international and local cosmetic brands. They were giving freebies, makeovers, samples and great discounts to the event participants.
