     Five months of quarantine has brought a couple of ups and downs. I learned to appreciate my body but at the same time hated my skin. Stress and episodes of anxiety resulted in sleepless nights. My body clock also turned the other way around.⁣

     My skin has been acting up lately and the last cystic pimple left a mark on my chin.
