     Raise your hands if you are stressed! I'm sure all of you will raise your hands and I'll raise mine too because I'm experiencing it right now. Stress is a part of our modern life. We all experience stress in some point of our lives. There are different levels of stress but whether we like it ore not, we are going to experience it.      Aside from being pampered, we also got the chance to hear positive vibes from life coach Kimi Lu. She shared to us how to expel all the negative vibes in our lives by doing simple acts and saying simple phrases. While coach Kimi was discussing the causes of negative vibes, I'm enjoying every steps of DETOX Mani + Pedi has to offer.

What I like:

• The price is affordable if I'll do the math it saves at least 80% from foot spa sessions.
• Scholl Velvet Smooth Express Pedi's ergonomically shaped soft-touch handle makes it easy to use.
• It is battery operated no need for manual scrubbing. Just push the button and voila, let the specially designed rolling surface do the job!
• It is easy to use.
• No blade, cutting, and other sharp materials so it's safe and ready to use.
• The product can be used immediately, no other tasking procedure required. 
• The head can be replaced with a new roller head. Talk about convenience of refills!
• After using the file, there's an instant result.
• My feet feel soft and smooth to touch.
• The calluses that I got from wearing rubber slippers are not that visible after one use of Scholl Velvet Smooth Express Pedi.
• Removes hard skin without damaging my normal thin skin. I have thin skin and there's a time where one of my foot spa sessions gone wrong. The attendant over-scrubbed the callus on the lateral plantar section.

     Whoa! I can't believe it's 2015 already. This post has been sitting on my blog bin for months now. As in I almost forgot to publish this article. It's better late than never right. One of the organic brand that sent me samples of their products was Organics Magic. I received this Spa Collection Set for the footsies. Since the weather is getting colder and colder, the skin around my feet like the heels are becoming dry and numb.

     Hello all! I was invited by Sir Orgie, PR for Nail-a-holics for an afternoon of royal pampering experience at French Tips Nail Parleur Fairview Terraces three weeks ago. The nail salon is located at the 3rd level of the mall and it's my first time to visit a French themed salon that is also under the management of Nail-a-holics. What you see outside reflects the inside of French Tips Nail Parleur because the ambiance is different from other nail spa and salon themes that I have visited before. 

     The nail attendants were in a French painter like uniform and the music inside was very relaxing. It's more of classical baby! Don't be intimidated by the word "royal" because the price of their services are almost the same with other nail salons but I can say that the experience is worth paying for.      Hello dearies! Three weeks ago, I was invited to have a “pamper me” day experience by one of the best spas in the metro based from the positive feed backs I've heard from some of the blog readers and it's - Toccare Spa.
