Star Wars Universe Joins Disney Infinity 3.0

     Hello dearies! Who here loves playing console and online games? Are you a self- confessed gamer? I am!!! I'm obsessed with online games when I was in college and there are times that I miss playing my favorite games. Raise your hands if you're into gaming and loves Disney :) Have you heard of Disney Infinity? I can say this is one of the coolest video games created. 

     To give you a brief introduction of this video game, Disney Infinity is an action-adventure sandbox game that uses collectible figurines that are then synchronized with the game, unlocking Disney and Pixar characters plus additional characters in the 3.0 edition, that will interact and go on adventure. Last August Disney Interactive announced that the Star Wars™universe will join Disney, Disney•Pixar and Marvel in Disney Infinity 3.0– the latest installment of the best-selling “hybrid toy / video game” of 2014.      The Disney Infinity 3.0 Starter Pack is already available in the market at a suggested retail price of PHP 2,999.00, and Disney Infinity 3.0 promises to deliver kids and families with a wider breadth of content and variety of gameplay than ever offered from Disney Infinity, including: 

• Three Star Wars Play Sets, oneset in the timeline of Episodes I-III, the second set during the original trilogy, Episodes IV-VI, and the third based on Star Wars™: The Force Awakens™

     Each of the Star Wars Play Sets offers distinct experiences, with varied gameplay, environments and characters. The Star Wars™: Twilight of the Republic Play Set takes place in the height of the Jedi’s powers, where players will use the Force™ and Lightsabers™ in epic battles and master their combat skills alongside Ahsoka Tano, Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Yoda and Darth Maul. The Star Wars™: Rise Against the Empire Play Set will take players on galaxy-spanning missions with Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia Organa, Han Solo, Chewbacca and Darth Vader, piloting X-wing fighters or the Millennium Falcon to fight stormtroopers, or exploring and partaking in land-based missions on planets like Tatooine, Hoth, and Endor. Additionally, fans will have the unique opportunity to play with all of the Star Wars characters in all of the Star Wars Play Sets.

     Disney Infinity 3.0 will also introduce an all-new, 3-D Toy Box Hub that will make it easier for players to choose from a wider selection of game play experiences —including platform, racing, and farming simulation games. Two new multiplayer Toy Box Expansion Games will bring action-adventure game play in Toy Box Takeover and kart racing in Toy Box Speedway, where kids and families can play with popular Disney, Disney•Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars characters together in a structured setting.

     Disney Infinity 3.0 is being developed by Avalanche Software in partnership with Ninja Theory, Sumo Digital, Studio Gobo and United Front Games, and will be available for the PlayStation®4 and PlayStation®3 computer entertainment systems, Xbox One, the all-in-one games and entertainment system and Xbox 360 games and entertainment system from Microsoft, the Wii U™ system from Nintendo, PC and iOS and Android devices.

OOTD: May the 4th Be With You

     Hi dearies! The title of the post says it all though it was taken days after May 4th. If you're a Star Wars fan, I presume you have witnessed the collaboration of Star Wars and Folded n Hung last December during the Star Wars X Folded n Hung launch. The collection from this collaboration includes designs from iconic characters of the first trilogy. If you want to see the event highlights, click HERE :)

     For this OOTD (Outfit of the Day), I decided to go simple casual look. I wore this to an event that I've attended at Fairview Terraces. I'm happy that my dress went well with my Skechers GoWalk2 sneakers and my snakeskin Celine inspired bag from The Baggeria. What do you think? I was sporting a red lippie here and I'm not comfortable wearing bright red lipstick. I hope I was able to pull it off, comment below what you think okay? Outfit details after the jump.      During the launch, I was having a hard time on what style of dress to choose. This print was my second choice. I really wanted to get the other style of dress that has a mesh sleeves. But unfortunately, the sizes left on display were too big for me. The prints on this dress are the starships, cruisers, battleships and other spacecraft in the Star Wars movie.
