     Chicken lovers, hear ye! Crispy, juicy, and affordable fried chicken for 2020? YES?! Finally, I've tried the mouthwatering treats from Popeyes during the grand opening of their newest branch in the North located at Ali Mall Cubao.

     It's my first time to taste the juicy and crunchy goodness of Popeyes chicken and all I can say that the flavors are poppin' inside my mouth in just one bite. Cubao foodies rejoice because Popeyes is now within your reach and has introduced its world-famous Cajun flavors in their menu. What's in store for all of you? Read more after the jump!

     A huge and excited crowd of foodies, along with some local celebrities, came to witness the opening of the latest and Instagrammable Popeyes store. We all enjoyed the fast food’s well-loved and distinctly tasteful signature juicy but not greasy fried chicken. It’s packed with distinct Cajun-inspired flavors from Louisiana, USA and it can taste even better when paired with a dash of honey making a sweet and savory combination.

     Another item that I enjoyed is their sinfully delectable meals like the iconic honey biscuits, fish and shrimp burgers, and Cajun fries. I was also able to have a bite of their hazelnut and white chocolate biscuits, and the Popeyes spaghetti, which is exclusive to Popeyes’ branches in the Philippines.

     As for the price, the ala carte and set meals, bundles, and buckets are really affordable. I thought that it will have a highly competitive price when I heard the news last year that they'll be back here in the Philippines but after attending the launch, boy oh boy, you can have these offerings any time you want. The dipping sauces like gravy, ranch, and mardi grass will make you come back for more of their chicken that has the right level of saltiness. Popeyes Philippines now has eight branches including Ali Mall Cubao, Arciovia Pasig, Festival Mall, Eastwood City, Alabang Town Center, SM San Lazaro, SM Manila, Kroma Tower Makati, and soon to open Vertis North.
