     If you are really serious about getting rid of belly fat as quickly as possible, consider cutting any and all alcohol from your healthy diet. However, if this is asking too much, use mindful drinking. In other words, stick to one or two glasses and space it out in terms of days. 

2. Increase Your Protein Intake

     You've probably heard it before, but increasing your protein intake will definitely make a big difference. According to research, people who make a point of having protein portions with their meal don't struggle as much with belly fat. 

     This is because protein releases a hormone that informs the brain you've had enough, namely the PYY hormone. At the same time, it promotes a healthy metabolism while helping you to build muscle during a workout. 

     If possible, try to have some type of protein with every meal. 

3. Address Your Stress 

     Whether you want to believe it or not, stress is associated with cortisol, the hormone that tells you to eat. And if you are not careful, you'll react to this hormone and not realize it until it's too late.
