In times where health is our number one priority, lifestyle modification is essential. According to nature.com, lifestyle modification involves altering long-term habits, typically of eating or physical activity, and maintaining the new behaviour for months or years. This can be used to treat a range of diseases, including obesity. I'm pretty sure that if there's one thing everyone would like to change or adjust, it is their eating habits especially the staples- rice and bread.

Cutting on carbs but can’t drop that bread on your diet? If you follow me on Instagram, I’ve said in my previous post that we have a bakery before, and during those times, gluten-free and sugar-free bread has hefty price tags way, way back and the supply is limited. If you’re health-conscious, have diabetes and other medical conditions that require a Gluten-free diet or someone who swears by Keto, luck is on your side because Hearty Bread takes out all the guilt in indulging on your favorite go food. Join me in another healthy food trip as I share more information about Hearty Bread after the jump:)

Their manufacturing company started as a supplier in different hospitals. They cater to the special needs of in-patients with diabetes, renal failure, and cancer. They have a mission to make health readily available to everyone at a reasonable price, so their group decided to create the brand "Hearty Bread." So if you're in for a healthy lifestyle, changing your eating habits especially your diet is what you need to do now. Is Gluten-Free Bread the one for you?

This generation is really lucky because if my memory serves me right, I was trying to get hold of this kind of bread during the time that my father was diagnosed with diabetic nephropathy. He needs a special diabetic and renal diet but it's not easily accessible and very expensive. Now that Hearty Bread is readily available in physical stores and online, we are in for some yummy treat without the guilt. No excuses to eat healthily, go ahead and indulge in cookies, keto and gluten-free fruit loaf, breadsticks, and more! You'll also like the brand if you are counting calories or your macros because nutrition information can be seen in every packaging, yay!

I love all the bread assortments they sent at home for me and my family to try. The Moringa Sourdough Pandesal and Ezekiel Loaf replaced my cup of rice for dinner. Both are filling and easy to pair with my tuna and egg omelet, chicken breast strips, or ground chicken meat.

As for merienda, both the Banoffee Walnut and Carrot Pumpkin Sourdough Loaf are best-paired with tea or coffee. Less sweet, filling, and guilt-free. My son loves the Guilt-Free Almond Cookies because it is loaded with chocolate chips but will not give you a feeling of jadedness if you consume two or more in one sitting.

If you are on Ketogenic or Keto Diet and looking for rice and noodle alternatives, Hearty Bread is also selling these two: Healthy Mama's Kitchen MCT Oil and Shirataki Noodles. MCT oil is a supplement made from a type of fat called medium-chain triglycerides. MCT molecules are smaller than those in most of the fats you eat (long-chain triglycerides [LCT]). This makes them easier to digest. You can absorb MCT in your bloodstream quickly. This turns it into energy you can use while Shirataki Noodles are long, white noodles. They are often called miracle noodles or konjac noodles. They're made from glucomannan, a type of fiber that comes from the root of the konjac plant. Konjac grows in Japan, China and Southeast Asia.

Hearty Bread is available in the following branches: Rustan's Santolan Town Plaza, Rustan's Paseo de Magallanes, Rustan's Glorietta, Rustan's Shangri La Plaza Mall, Rustan's Katipunan, Eastwood Weekend Market, Alabang, Paranaque, Bonifacio Global City, U.P. Town Center Weekend Market, Mediscount Del Monte, Mediscount E. Rodriguez, Order online via Loong Delivery, Grab Delivery
