     Before the year 2015 ended, I was invited to the grand store opening and launch of Natural Looks Philippines. From London, Middle East, Malaysia and now in the Philippines. They started in the Middle East which aimed for Middle Eastern customers to benefit with UK manufactured natural beauty products. The launch was held in their physical store located at the 3rd Floor of SM North Edsa Annex Building.

     For those who have no idea about Natural Looks, here's a little information about the brand. Natural Looks is ‘Famed for Fragrance' and each extensive toiletry range has a signature fragrances harmonious blends of soft florals, warm woods, tangy fruits and seductive musks. Product Review: ENVO Peppermint Cucumber Aqua Frost Body Butter

Actually, ENVO's current products are body butters, body scrubs and the soap that I already reviewed here. ENVO's body butter was my first organic lotion/moisturizer/body butter that's why I'm very excited to try it when I got hold of this months ago. Since the heat was very insane last month, this product became a staple in my skin care cabinet. I make sure that I apply an ample amount every after bath to refresh and give my skin the cooling sensation it needed. I skipped commercial brand lotions last April and May, splattering them all over my body just made my skin greasy and uncomfortable. Have you tried applying lotion then afterwards sweat runs out throughout your arms and legs? I know, we hate that feeling right? Product Review: Dove Intensive Moisturizing Cream

     Last month, my mom gave me a tub of this moisturizer and I'm very eager to use it because my legs tend to become dry during cold months. I told myself that this product will work wonders with my dry skin because Dove is known as the moisturizing product from their ads and it also claims to be gentle on skin. Many of us have known Dove since our childhood days. I still remember when my relatives abroad brought different variants of Dove soaps and lotions as "pasalubong".

What I like:

• The tub is cute, actually i like the color of this better than Nivea creams, well-sealed and has manufacturing and expiry date on the side.
• The smell is not overpowering, smells like Dove soap- white variant.
• The texture is creamy and thick, a little goes a long way.
• Has English translation since it came from Middle East.

What I don't like:

• Unhygienic since it's in a tub.
• Very moisturizing that it will make your skin oily if you use more than what it is intended.
• Poor absorption of the product, takes more than 5 minutes in my case.
• Can be very greasy if applied in the morning.

Will I repurchase?No, I like Glysolid more better than this.

Recommendation:

     I give this a 3/5 rating. I think this product suits people with very dry skin. A little amount should be use in dry areas like elbows, knees, heels and hands because the product can get very sticky and greasy. Use a spatula when scooping out the product from the tub to avoid contamination.

Product Review: Glysolid Glycerin Cream

     Hi everyone! I've been very busy this week buying gifts for my relatives and looking for new stuff for my son. I know I have long due posts and product reviews waiting to be published and this holiday rush is stressing me out. I really freaked out when I go outside and the weather is scourging  hot. Our humid weather made me dizzy and nauseous whenever I ride public transportation but I have no choice since malls and tiangges opens in the morning and will be super crowded in the afternoon until closing time in the evening. This shopping thing made me wear very comfy clothes and foot wear. I just wear flip-flops and walked more than four to five hours looking for gifts and new stuffs. To cut the story short, walking with flip-flops on a hot afternoon gave me cracked heels. It's really painful but I know there will be an easy way to make them heal fast!
