Cebuana Lhuillier, in partnership with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority ( TESDA) and Thames International, has completed the first batch of its TESDA Jewelry Sellers (Alajera) Level II – Enterprise-Based Training Program, helping Alajeras strengthen their technical expertise and expand their business capabilities.
Developed by Cebuana Lhuillier's Retail Business Group (RBG), the program supports the company's vision of building a more capable, professional, and trusted network of Alajeras. It combines jewelry identification, appraisal, and testing with entrepreneurship, financial literacy, digital marketing, communication, and professional skills training.
