Product Review: Milea Mineral Makeup Propolis Concealer

Sunday, December 29, 2013

Concealers, one of the best I've been breaking out day savior! Almost all of the women I know had their share of breakouts, big or small. It can make or break your day if you don't know to hide them. To conceal stubborn pimples, one needs a heavy duty concealer that will erase or hide them instantly. But what about concealers that have added skin benefits? Like healing and concealing nasty zits at the same time, genius eh?! I think everyone would love to conceal and heal their pimples using a single product, right? In my quest of finding the right skin care and makeup products, healing concealers are among the last thing that I would consider buying because some of them contain ingredients that I'm allergic two. I also can't find the right brand aside from high-end ones. So to cut the story short, this kind of makeup sans skin care falls below the list of my must-haves not until Ms. Edilee of Milea Natural Beauty sent me their Propolis Concealer. I was very intrigued with the concealer and having second thoughts on my mind since this is the first organic concealer that I have to date. But this doubt was immediately erased on my mind because the first organic soaps that I love until now came from Milea. So there's an assurance that the product will work for me like that of my first love organic soaps and their lemongrass toner that I keep or purchasing one after the other.

So enough of the blabber, here it is my honest to goodness review of Milea Propolis Concealer after using the product for almost three months now. I can attest to the positive effects of this product alone in gradually diminishing those minor pimples from breakouts and those starting to pop out. Click CONTINUE READING for details.

Sample Room Products for November and December

Hello dearies! Happy Sunday to all :) Did you noticed that I seldom make skin care and beauty haul post aside from Sample Room haul? To tell you honestly, I have so many unused skin care and makeup products that was given to me for review. I'm road testing it one by one that's why instead of buying my favorite products, I oblige myself from using them so that I can make a more in-depth observation about the positive and negative results.

So to start, I grabbed another sample of Colour Collection Matte Lipstick in Pinkish Nude then added some Godiva LicoWhite Whitening Lotion that I'll be giving away as prize for my December Member of the Month. My sister swears by this lotion so instead of using it, I want one of you to experience the effectiveness of the product.

Product Review: Moringa-02 Malunggay Herbal Moisturizing Lotion

Friday, December 27, 2013

Do you feel the sudden change in temperature? After Christmas I noticed that the winds are colder than the usual and my skin starts to get dry. In order to combat dryness caused by extreme temperature we must arm ourselves with heavy duty lotions that can make our skin moisturized throughout the day. I'm so happy that I got a full-sized sample of Moringa-O2 lotion from Sample Room months ago. I've heard from beauty bloggers that this product performs well in moisturizing even the driest parts of the body because it's packed with three powerful anti-aging and anti-oxidant ingredients good for dry and sensitive skin. Since I'm already on my 30's, I need to add anti-aging products on my skin care essentials. If you noticed, most of the lotions that I've tried and tested were whitening lotions so this one is another addition to my list of "to buy again" skin care essentials.

Malunggay is regarded as a miracle vegetable. The leaves have many uses and health benefits that's why when I saw this lotion at Sample Room, I didn't think twice and grabbed a sample immediately. Did my first impression on this product lasted after my first use? Here's my honest to goodness review of Moringa-O Malunggay Herbal Moisturizing Lotion, click CONTINUE READING to find out!

Product Review: Be Organic Argan Oil Intensive Treatment Hair Mask

Sunday, December 22, 2013

For some women, hair is one of the most high maintenance part of the body. I'm sure you'll agree with me especially if you have long black or color treated hair. How many shampoos and conditioner do you use everyday and how many times a month do you treat your hair for a luxurious hair treatment at home or at your favorite salon? If you're a hair conscious babe, I'm sure you visit the salon regularly for different kinds of hair treatment suited to your hair needs.

Do you sometimes wish that even if you have chemically processed/treated hair, your tresses will be low maintenance? How we wish right?! I have a long chemically treated hair. My hair had gone through a lot of coloring and other hair treatment procedures that includes mechanical and chemical processes. I can say that my hair is in the state I know my hair is dry and damaged because every time I look in the mirror or every time I touch my hair, I can see and feel the effects of those nasty chemicals. I already tried hair treatment products from high end, cost-effective and budget friendly ones. Some of them made my hair more damaged while others have temporary effect but these kind of treatments should be done regularly. Aside from the budget, you also have to consider time and effort if you really want to maintain beautiful tresses like those that you see from hair product commercials. Do you feel like you've invested everything but none of them works? Why don't you try something natural and organic? Here's my honest to goodness review of Be Organic Argan Oil Intensive Treatment Hair Mask that was sent to me Be Organics Bath and Body, a DIY hair treatment that really works! Click CONTINUE READING to find out why :)
