Singapore Airlines Showcase and Travel Fair 2018

Friday, January 12, 2018

I've been to Singapore twice already and I can say that my experience is one for the books. Singapore is the first international country I've visited ten years ago and would love to visit for the third time. This month, Singapore Airlines is kicking the new year with the 5th installment of its Showcase and Travel Fair.

If you're itching to visit Singapore this year, now is the time to plan your tour. Together with SilkAir, Singapore Airlines regional wing, and partnership with BPI, Ayala Malls, Globe Platinum, Singapore Tourism Board, and Changi Airport Group, they are bringing a bigger and better travel fair this year in two different venues. Exciting!!! Know more about the Singapore Airlines Showcase and Travel Fair 2018 below.

Singapore's Passion Made Possible Launch

Sunday, September 10, 2017

Kaya pancake, soy chicken, roti prata, and the MRT- these are the things that I miss in Singapore. I've been to Singapore twice, last February 2008 and last March 2017. It's one of my favorite travel destinations and will always be in my travel bucket list. If given a chance, this country is also a my choice to work and study. If you're like me who loves Singapore, read this!

The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) and the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) jointly unveiled recently a unified brand, Passion Made Possible, to market Singapore internationally for tourism and business purposes. The agencies’ first joint brand is a bold move to put forth Singapore’s unique attitude and mindset: a passionate, never-settling spirit of determination and enterprise that constantly pursues possibilities and reinvention. Explore Japan and Get Cozy at Karaksa Hotel

Monday, July 31, 2017

My ultimate dream destination is in the land of the rising sun, Japan! I have a thing with Japanese culture and studying basic Nihonggo when I was in college is one of the proof that I'm so in love with their culture. It's every Pinoy traveler’s dream destination-why wouldn’t it be, the place is screaming with so much culture and life, and every attraction is bucket-list worthy: the gleaming temples and architectures, modern cityscapes a la sci-fi film, stunning parks in vibrant colors, heavenly hot springs—all begging to be explored. In fact, Japan is the fourth most-visited country in Asia last year according to the World Tourism Organization, so it’s no doubt that it’s on top of most people’s bucket lists.

I'm saving big time for our Japan trip in the future and when travel comes to mind, the first thing to consider is the accommodation. Where to stay and how much will it cost? I think I've found an answer that I'm sharing with you after the jump :)

Zero Halliburton Now in the Philippines

Tuesday, April 25, 2017

After my recent travel to Singapore, I cringe thinking about my deformed luggage. I was like, "what the eff happened to my brand spanking new luggage as I saw a concave corner of it in the conveyor." It's a no brainer that a luggage will be thrown here, there, and everywhere upon check-in so a sturdy luggage is really important especially if you travel a lot.

A luggage is an investment and when I say investment, you really have to pay the price for the quality. Just recently, I was invited to the launch of Zero Halliburton, the only luggage to travel to the moon and back. Yes, this is not a joke. Sharing a short story of this global luggage brand and my picks below :)
