     Raise your hands if you are stressed! I'm sure all of you will raise your hands and I'll raise mine too because I'm experiencing it right now. Stress is a part of our modern life. We all experience stress in some point of our lives. There are different levels of stress but whether we like it ore not, we are going to experience it. Since it's already a part of living, all we need to do is find ways to lessen the negative impact that it brings.

     It is important to find ways on how to relax and treat ourselves once in a while so that we can recharge, refresh, and renew our mind and body. A few weeks ago, I was invited by one of the prettiest and famous nail salons in the metro, Posh Nails to celebrate their 13th Anniversary in a relaxing and detoxifying way. What I like:
