How to track your Kwarta Padala transactions?
The easiest way to track your transaction is to send an email at customercare@mlhuillier.com. Please provide your Tracking Number (KPTN) or Reference Number to our customer service agent.

Bills payment is now made easy through M Lhuiliier's Bills Payment service at any M Lhuillier branch nationwide. You can pay your utilities, insurance premiums, airline bookings, tuition fees, loan payments, online purchases, and more. No need to brave the traffic or beat due dates by going from one utility center to another because you can do this at M Lhuillier, your one-stop-shop for all things utilities and monthly obligations payment. The service features a swift and easy bill payment facility system powered by a strong information-technology-based system.
4. Payment Solutions Service
The Payment Solutions service enables corporate customers to send money for their employee’s salaries, for dealers’ commissions, for loan proceeds to their borrowers and also for government agencies like the Department of Agriculture (DA), Department of Labor (DOLE), Social Security System (SSS), and Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) for their cash assistance to their members or beneficiaries. Currently, the service is available for Metrobank, Chinabank, BPI, and Security Bank accounts. KP2A through Security Bank also allows you to deposit to your other bank accounts provided said banks are members of Instapay and Pesonet. KP2A to other banks will soon follow.
6. Account to KPadala Service
Account to KPadala or A2KP is the service available to bank account holders that allows them to send cash from their bank account via online or mobile app for pick up by their receivers at any Mlhuillier branch nationwide. Receivers can conveniently claim the money at any branch by just presenting the Reference Number and a valid ID. This service is currently available for BPI account holders (BPI to CASH). Other A2KP partners will soon follow.
7. POS Solutions Service
Point of Sale (POS) Solutions Service enables customers to get cash from their bank accounts by merely swiping their ATM Card, Debit Card or Cash Card from the POS machines of selected ML branches nationwide. All domestic issued ATM/Debit Cards by any bank are acceptable. Withdrawals are fixed in Philippine Peso.
8. ML K Padala Plus Service
ML K Padala Plus facilitates the non-monetary padala of customers to their designated recipients. It could be an item ordered by a customer or a document from a customer to a corporate customer’s head office. Currently, this service facilitates loan applications for lending companies. Customers can just go to any ML branch nationwide and hand in their items or documents intended for their recipients.
9. ML ePay Service
ML ePay Service is a simple, convenient, and fast way for customers to purchase their favorite items online without using a credit card. Customers can just go to any M Lhuillier branch nationwide to pay for these purchases. The merchants get to receive the said payment immediately so they can start processing the orders fast.
