     Last January, I was invited to witness another great place where nail aficionados can relax and have some me time. Who doesn't want to get pampered while waiting from someone whose also busy doing some me time with his ride. Didn't get the picture? Well, I'm talking about a situation where the boyfriend/hubby needs to fix or buy something for his car while the girlfriend/wife needs to get her nails done. I'm sure you already know that Banawe is a car parts/accessories heaven. So if he needs to buy or fix something there and she needs to have a mani and pedi sesh, then Nail Cocktales Hand and Foot Spa is the perfect destination for her :) This salon is only a street away from Banawe so ladies let your guy get busy with his car while you get cozy at Nail Cocktales Hand and Foot Spa!

      Nail Cocktales Hand and Foot Spa is located at TCC Center D. Tuazon Quezon City. Upon entering the gorgeous salon, imported and organic nail polishes welcomed me at the reception. I went gaga over the wide selection of imported premium nail polishes in display. They offer nail polishes from Essie, Orly and Misa while Jennifer Lynn and Cuccio for the gel polish.      The interiors of this nail salon screams A Whole New World! It's like I'm princess Jasmine waiting to be pampered on the luxurious sofa because of the curtains and design of their furniture. High ceiling with warm lights makes it more relaxing plus the color combination of the mint green wall paint, sofa, fuchsia throw pillows and towels. I can literally have a sound sleep in this place while having my foot spa and paraffin.

     There's a bookshelf where you can choose a magazine to keep you entertained while waiting for your turn or if you're already having your manicure or pedicure. It's my first time to see an actual bookshelf in a nail salon because most of the nail salons I've been too just place their reading materials in a table or newspaper stand.

     Here's my favorite place, the sofa that I want to bring home! Kidding aside, I love the color and the shape of this sofa. The curtains matched them perfectly and I can't help but imagine this couch in our home.

     The nail attendant/technician handed this menu of services. I was surprised that they offer a very affordable price or should I say lower than the usual price range offered from by famous nail salons in the metro. They offer different services like hand care, foot care, gel polish, nail art, paraffin spa treatment and massage.

     Speaking of nail art, you can choose different designs from the swatch that were displayed at the reception area. There's so many designs to choose from and you can tweak the design if you want just inform the nail attendant who will do your nail art :)

     Nail Polishes! I'm sure you already know these imported brands. They have Orly, Essie and Misa. If you like pinks, greens, and oranges, go for Orly. If you want pastels then try Essie. If you like both go for Misa. I'm sure you'll have a hard time choosing a nail polish color because all of them looked gorgeous!

     For those of you who would like to try gel nail polish, they have Jennifer Lynn and Cuccio. I've heard that both brands are organic. If you're afraid that gel nail polish will make your nails dry and brittle, I guess choosing an organic gel polish will lessen the damage it will cause to the nail bed.

     Before I forgot, they serve different kinds of juices :) The juice is in a brandy or red wine glass, correct me if I'm wrong. They offered pineapple, orange, passion fruit and cranberry juice that day and I chose passion fruit for a change. I love green and lemon iced tea so much and this one was very different from the usual.

     I had the regular pedicure using premium nail polish Essie. The cleaning process was the same like any nail salons do. The nail attendant was very careful and she always make it to a point of asking me if I feel comfortable with what she's doing. They're courteous and approachable.

     As for my nails, I needed a gel nail polish so that it will not easily chip from washing baby bottles and laundry. Mommy duties makes it so hard for premium nail polish to stay longer on my finger nails. After a day or two, I can see the nail polish starting to chip that's why gel polish is my savior!

     As I've said earlier, I chose Essie for my toe nails. The shade that I picked came from 2013 Fall Collection For the Twill of It. It's a compelling rich maple with reflective olive shimmer according to xoxoglam.

     For my manicure, I picked Jennifer Lynn gel nail polish in Jada. First time to have this very striking nail polish color on my finger nail and I absolutely love it!

     Nail Cocktales Hand and Foot Spa is not your ordinary nail salon. They also have vip rooms if you want to relax on your own. This place is perfect for sparties and bridal showers too :) They have friendly staff who really ensures that their customer is comfortable and treated like a queen!
