Given that the advancement of technology has a big impact on our lives, even though there are disadvantages associated with the use of gadgets, playing online games, or simply watching YouTube videos, it has a remarkable advantage when used properly and responsibly.
Kids and teens nowadays exhibit remarkable proficiency in digital technology. Their natural adaptability and early exposure to screens significantly contribute to their digital fluency. To nurture their skills further, Power Mac Center (PMC), through its official training arm Basecamp, has launched Creativity Camp: Workshop for Kids & Teens.

Fun fact: Basecamp stands for Boosting Aptitudes and Strengthening Expertise. They are the official training arm of Power Mac Center and they conduct on-site and online quality training and services to equip customers with technical and creative skills that will allow them to maximize their Apple devices and unleash their professional and creative expertise. How cool is that?!
The primary goal of the program is to empower young learners and foster their digital creativity and critical thinking skills. Basecamp’s head, Maleng Raysag said “Basecamp blends digital and non-digital skills, offering valuable educational experiences for kids and teens during their school break. Whether they’re delving into coding, creating digital art, or honing their painting and drawing techniques, these workshops cultivate a diverse learning environment.

2. Calligraphy on iPad
Discover the beauty of calligraphy using iPad apps. Merge timeless elegance with modern tech for a unique learning experience. Empower young artists to enhance their handwriting skills in this engaging workshop.
3. Code and Play with Hopscotch on iPad (Grade School)
Dive into the world of coding through the Hopscotch app! This interactive workshop is designed for young learners to have fun while developing valuable coding skills.
4. 3D Art on Mac
Dive into 3D design basics on Mac! Kids bring their ideas to life, creating a portfolio of 3D artworks to be proud of by the end of this workshop.
5. Canva Graphics on Mac
Hands-on training! Learn to use Canva on Mac for creative, engaging projects. Perfect for educational and personal purposes, this workshop makes graphic design fun.
6. Code and Create on Mac (High School)
Learn coding by doing! This interactive workshop on Mac lets kids create their own projects, making coding fundamentals exciting and engaging.
7. Coffee Painting
Dive into the unique world of painting with coffee! This hands-on workshop lets you explore your artistic side using an unconventional and eco-friendly medium. Enjoy the rich aromas of coffee while expressing your creativity.
Unleash your imagination with 3D pens! Create and express yourself by turning your drawings into cool, original 3D objects. Dive into the fun world of 3D pen creations.
