instructions for use: 

Hair and Scalp - Massage oil onto scalp and hair (until strand ends). For best results, wrap hair in a warm towel or a shower cap for at least 30 minutes while waiting for the oils to be absorbed into the scalp, hair follicles, and roots. Shampoo and condition hair afterward.

Use at least twice a week, or more times as needed. For extra shine or frizz control, rub a drop (or two) of oil on palm and lightly brush palms over hair.

What I like:

• The packaging is neat and simple. The lid of the bottle seals properly.
• Available in two convenient sizes - 75 ml and 200 ml for the shampoo and conditioner, and 30 ml and 55 ml for the hair, scalp, and skin therapy oil.
• The shampoo and conditioner work as one, while the therapy oil offers multiple functions. It's a wonder oil in one bottle!
• The texture of shampoo and conditioner is semi-runny, same as the therapy oil.
• It produces a good amount of lather.
• Easy to rinse.
• It makes hair squeaky clean after every wash.
• Gives a cooling sensation on my scalp that prevents it from itching if I sweat a lot during workouts.
• The therapy oil is my favorite! It really delivers especially in taming frizzy hair. It is non-greasy and non-oily.
• Easily accessible.
• No irritation or breakouts on my forehead and back when I'm using these products.

What I don't like:

• I'm not a fan of the product's scent. I find it a bit overpowering to my sensitive nose.
