Product Review: Star White Glutasure

Wednesday, August 02, 2017

Hi dearies! Thank you so much for reading my glutathione reviews. I know it's hard to choose a brand because there are so many to choose from. There are three things to consider in choosing the best brand for you- ingredients, price, and effect. That's why I always stress that what works for me may not work for you or vice versa.

Taking glutathione alone will not work if you have dark or morena/o skin tone to begin with. Another factor that you should always take into consideration is lifestyle change. Once you take glutathione, you have to cut all your vices, use sunblock everyday, avoid sun exposure, and other things that will result in skin darkening. I'm sharing a quick review of the latest brand that Cheskas Online Store sent last month- Star White Glutasure.  See my thoughts below :)

Product Review: Star White Glutasure

Glutasure contains:
  • Pure Glutathione
  • Vitamin C in the form of Sodium Ascorbate
  • Alpha Lipoic Acid
  • Collagen
  • N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC)
  • Rosehip Extract
  • Hyaluronic Acid
  • Vitamin E

Scrutinizing the ingredients, it looks like Glutasure is packed with glutathione boosters and anti-aging ingredients. But even though you have promising whitening and anti-aging contents in one capsule, always remember that the weight of each ingredient matters.

Took Glutasure for a month. Twice a day with 500 mg Vitamin C morning and evening. For authenticity check, you can see that there is a plastic seal and foam seal plus a cotton to guarantee freshness. The color of its capsule is opaque white with rotten-egg smell.

What I like:
  • The price- one of the most affordable brands in the market today.
  • Star White Glutasure is available in two bottle sizes- 60 and 30 capsules.
  • This food supplement contains ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid), N-Acetylcysteine, Vitamin E, and Vitamin C was known as potent boosters to speed up the whitening process of the skin.
  • No discomforts like vomiting, headache, nausea, breakouts, or whatsoever while taking the supplement even though it has ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid) and NAC (N-Acetylcysteine).
  • I can see that my skin glows the next day even if I only have 4 hours of sleep every night.
  • No pimples and cystic acne before and after my menstrual period.
  • Maintained the color of my skin even though I'm exposed to the high heat of the sun because I run errands in the afternoon.
  • I'm already fair, to begin with. I can't say that I'm a shade lighter now because I still use the same shade of foundation but I'm happy that I don't have the pinkish white glow with this brand. I can say I'm still pale white.
  • Batch, manufacturing and expiry date printed on the package.
  • This brand is FDA and Halal approved. It is also GMP Certified.

What I don't like:
  • Not easily accessible, you have to purchase it online.
  • There are individuals who are allergic to ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid) and NAC (N-Acetylcysteine)
  • Contains only small amount per ingredients.

Will I purchase? I'll skip this brand for now as there are other brands to try.

Recommendation:
I give this a 4/5 rating. I can say that I'm quite satisfied with the results after one month of taking Star White Glutasure. I did not notice any change in my skin tone or in the color of my blemishes and freckles though but it maintained my skin tone so I'm okay with that. I recommend this to those who are first timers taking glutathione as it only contains a few amount per ingredient.

This brand has FDA approved so no second thoughts while taking the supplement. ALA and NAC, are potent boosters of glutathione, these are the boosters that one should look for when taking glutathione BUT there are individuals who are allergic to it so I'm giving you a precaution on that part. If you have taken another brand of glutathione before that contains one of those mentioned above, I can say you're safe to take this. If your previous brand of glutathione gave you a sore throat and other unknown allergies, it only means you're allergic to ALA or NAC.

Have you tried taking Star White Glutathione?
