Product Review: Physiogel Cleanser

When Kenzo was still a baby, I'm delighted to touch his soft, smooth, and supple skin. He had no other skin-related problems or pediatric skin infections that some mothers always complain. I make that I use gentle, fragrance-free cleansers, soaps and body wash. I'm loyal to a famous brand of baby soap and body wash until last year when the soap and the body wash wasn't able to deliver its promise in their gently cleanses without drying the skin battle cry.

Anyhoo, I'm not ditching that brand. I think it's because the weather is erratic and colder months made Kenzo's skin extra dry than the usual. After taking a bath, I can see him scratching his legs while complaining that it started to itch. When I touched his legs, it feels tight and looks rough. Dry skin it is! I did not worry because I have the solution on how to combat dry skin. PHYSIOGEL Cleanser to the rescue! I have stocks of this hypoallergenic skin care line. From cleansers to cream and lotions, glad that I have kept a few bottles inside my closet. The products was given as a token from previous events that I've attended. So without further ado, here's my honest to goodness review of PHYSIOGEL Cleanser as per Kenzo's experience :) Click CONTINUE READING and discover how to make skin less sensitive and dry.

Product Review: Physiogel Cleanser
The texture is creamy bu becomes watery once massage on the skin.
What I like:
  • The price is affordable
  • The packaging is handy and travel friendly.
  • The biggest bottle comes with a pump dispenser.
  • This product can pass as odorless/unscented.
  • The texture of the product is creamy but turns watery once applied on the skin.
  • It's gentle on the skin and after taking a bath, it leaves an oil like barrier on Kenzo's skin.
  • It's not greasy and easy to rinse off.
  • Kenzo's skin looks moisturized after taking a bath.
  • His skin feels soft and smooth to touch.
  • No irritation, allergies or whatsoever.
  • I can say it's multipurpose because it can double as makeup remover and part lotion for my dad's extra dry legs due to dialysis.
  • Easily accessible.
  • Available in 3 sizes that's great for travel (60 ml), personal (100 ml) and family use (300 ml).
  • Batch, manufacturing and expiration date printed on the bottle.
  • Well-sealed upon purchase.
What I don't like:
  • It has parabens- skip if you're on the campaign for safe cosmetics.
Will I repurchase? No because I still have 2 big bottles to finish.

Recommendation:
I give this a 4.75/5 rating. I reach out for a bottle of Physiogel Cleanser whenever I feel Kenzo needs it. True to its promise of making skin less sensitive and dry. The biggest size 300 ml is highly recommended for the whole family. If you do the math, it costs cheaper for less than 300 pesos. Physiogel cleanse is a dermatologist recommended brand of skin care for dry, red, flaked, irritated skin is hypoallergenic and has no fragrance. It contains a derma-membrane structure ingredient that makes the skin moisturized other cleanser in the market today.

    1. Hi Marykay,

That's what other's are pointing out too. You have to reapply it to make sure that the skin is really clean.

  2. I had pimples all over my face then I tried having a facial treatment with my dermatologist.. My derma recommended me to use soap free, hypoallergenic cleanser since my skin is so sensitive.. I tried other brands but it was very expensive then I remembered the Physiogel cleanser the doctor gave my lolo when he was admitted in the hospital a month ago.. Since he didn't use it anymore I tried to use it on my own face twice per day. I could say that I'm very satisfied. It's very affordable.

  4. Hello. Someone recommended me to use Physiogel liquid bath soap, I'm just curious if how it looks like? Is cleanser & liquid bath soap are alike?

    1. Hi Mrs Hmd,

Some cleansers and liquid bath soap are alike but some are not. Usually cleansers are unscented or odourless. Liquid bath soap is like your soap in liquid form.
