     Last Friday, February 28 to be exact another pampering destination in the heart of Fairview opened its doors to nail care aficionados- Beauty and Butter Fairview Terraces branch. We we're invited by Congressman Alfred Vargas to visit the newly opened nail salon that was franchised by her lovely wife Yasmine.
