     Staying at home because of the pandemic has opened a lot of doors for us. For some, it's the time when they discovered their hidden talents and skills while for others it's the opportunity for life reassessment and that much need self-care.

     The word quarantine has been used a lot of times and there's one term that I really liked- quarantoned! Health is non-negotiable in times like this that's why staying fit by doing physical activities and different exercises are trending until now. What physical activities do you enjoy lately?
