Product Review: Celeteque Make-Up Remover Cleansing Facial Wipes

Monday, November 18, 2013

Hello dearies! Happy Monday to all :) Been absent for three days and wasn't able to published another review because of some personal matters. I hope that I'll be able to update this blog everyday this whole week. But before I start this review, I want to say thank you for always visiting this humble blog and for joining the discussion on my past and presents posts. Anyhoo, I'm currently updating my skin care routine because I think that I've reached my plateau level in some of the skin care products that I'm religiously using. I'm also searching for a new makeup cleansing wipes when I ran out of my heavy duty facial wipes from Tony Moly and good thing that Sample Room had this makeup cleansing tissue from Celeteque. When I saw this at Sample Room, I immediately grab a sample because I know the brand is one of the most effective and efficient when it comes to dermatologist- tested skin care products.

Using just only soap to cleanse our face that's full of heavy or light makeup is not enough. We should be very vigilant in cleaning our face everyday because a single act of sleeping without washing your face may result into a zit or two the next day. If you really want to make sure that your face is squeaky clean, you can opt to use facial cleansing tissues, oils or other form of cleansing agent before washing your face with facial washes or soaps.

A trusted facial cleansing wipes is all you need if you're tired and wants to make the routine faster. There are so many facial cleansing wipes in the market today that's why it's a bit hard to choose which one will really help you in making your face makeup and dirt free. To make choosing a bit easier, here's my thoughts on Celeteque Make-Up Remover Cleansing Facial Wipes. Hope my review helps ^_^ Click CONTINUE READING for more information.

Celeteque Make-Up Remover Cleansing Facial Wipes
See all the traces of gunk? It's from Colour Collection BB cream, Essence 24 hour Eyeliner that's waterproof and smudgeproof.

What I like:
  • It's odorless that can pass as unscented.
  • Does the job in removing heavy makeup specially waterproof ones and pigmented lipstick.
  • My skin felt squeaky clean after use.
  • Doesn't dry out my skin.
  • The sheet's texture is velvety soft.
  • Travel friendly.
  • Doesn't sting my eyes.
  • One sheet is enough for my entire face.
  • Not dripping wet and almost dry unlike other facial wipes.
  • Easily accessible.
  • Manufacturing and expiration date printed on the package.
What I don't like:
  • The price- I guess it's a little pricey than the usual makeup up remover wipes that I'm using from another brand.
Will I repurchase? Yes!!! This is very nice in removing all the heavy traces of makeup without drying the skin.

Recommendation:
I give this a 4.25/5 rating.  It's easy peasy to use specially for the lazy ones like me. Just let the wipes sit on your face for sixty seconds and you can also press gently for two minutes before wiping it all over your face. Be careful not to tug your eyes when removing eye makeup, we don't want pre-mature lines and wrinkles there right? Even if this is one of the best cleansing wipes that I've tried, it's still advisable to wash your face with your favorite wash/soap so that you'll have the squeaky clean face with no traces of makeup before hitting the sack. Washing our face no matter how tired we are is still the best skin care solution to prevent stubborn acne caused by clog pores from makeups.

Have you tried this facial wipes? What's your favorite product from Celeteque? Thanks for sharing!

Good Times!~

  6. I am only using the regular stuff - baby wipes, facial cleanser, toner and moisturizer - but knowing this maybe I should start using one. Hope it won't break me out but knowing Celeteque brand I am pretty sure that all their products won't harm. I'm still crossing my fingers though.

  13. Never heard of this brand, but I like wipes for when I'm away from home. Easier than having cotton wool pads and a potentially leaking bottle.

  22. I love reading your reviews, but I still use organic coconut oil and a pure cotton ball. I want to use wipes like these, I just avoid chemicals as much as possible.

  23. I love using makeup remover pads, such a quick and easy way to first take of the makeup and then to cleanse. I use them every morning to refresh my skin.

  24. Fantastic review. I actually make my own facial wipes. Totally organic and super easy.

  26. It's hard finding good makeup removing products. So many do a passable job, but only a few actually remove a lot of makeup without being bad for the skin.

  27. Oh wow. I honestly didn't know they have a makeup remover na - will have to check.

  30. Hi! Just thought you might wanna know, this product caused me to break out and I believe it's due to the Laureth 23 and Laureth 4 indicated in the ingredients. These are comedogenic ingredients that should be avoided by acne-prone/sensitive skin types :)
