Product Review: Nisce Superblock SPF 80

Wednesday, May 29, 2013

I hate to admit it but the when it comes to using sunscreen on my face, I just consider on what's available in the market, any brand will do. I mean, there's no specifics for me so I always end up getting a zit or two. I presume all of you know that I call myself "nocturnal" because we always sleep in the morning and wide awake at night. So the need to use a high spf sunblock is not a big deal at all. I just rely on the spf content of my makeup like bb cream and face powder. But when my son started his summer enrichment class last month, I need to wake up early in the morning and face the sunlight with all it's glory. It's really hot in the morning, around 9 a.m. - 12 noon. During that time, I'll drop by Kenzo at school which is by the way near our house so sometimes we'll just walk instead of riding the tricycle. My big umbrella's protection was not enough, I still feel the insane heat over my entire skin. With this situation, I said to myself that I need to use a good sunblock that will protect me from the damaging rays of the sun. Good thing Nisce gave this sunblock during their Hottest Summer Bloggers Event. To know more about Nisce and this product, click HERE :)

What I like:
  • Unscented :)
  • Has high spf.
  • A little goes a long way.
  • Water-proof and non-greasy.
  • Applies velvety smooth and absorbs quickly on my face and body.
  • Doesn't break me out, no allergic reactions whatsoever.
  • Doesn't make my skin oily.
  • There's batch, manufacturing and expiry date.
What I don't like:
  • The price- a little expensive for a 50 ml product.
Will I repurchase? Maybe because the price is a bit steep for a cheapskate like me :(

Recommendation:
I give this a 4/5 rating. If not for the price, this will be included on my daily skin care regimen. I browse through their website and this product is on sale. If you want to try a high spf sunblock that will protect you from long hours of sun exposure, I recommend Nisce Superblock!

What's your favorite sunblock? Thanks for sharing! Have a great day ahead :)

Good Times!~
