Product Review: Safeguard DERMA SENSE Facial Cleanser Acne Prone Skin

     For this post, I'm going to share with you my final thoughts on Safeguard Derma Sense for Acne Prone Skin Facial Cleanser. I occasionally suffer from breakouts, one before and after my period and another during summer because of sweat. It is still summer right? It's still hot outside and I'm still busy running errands so sweat, dirt, and other forms of pollution touch my face. There's a time when I feel that a pimple will pop out on my forehead where sweat always runs down.

     Since I've been using Safeguard Derma Sense Facial Cleanser for Acne Prone Skin religiously day and night, the threat of having a new acne has been prevented by this facial cleanser. A good skin care regimen will result in acne-free skin. My skin is not perfect but hey, I'm pimple-free :) 

What I like:

• The price is affordable.
• It comes in a squeeze tube that dispenses the right amount of product.
• Can pass as odourless, so if you're like me who has sensitive nose, you will enjoy using this facial cleanser.
• The product's texture is thick so a little amount goes a long way.
• Using this product is a breeze, only mild circular strokes and you're done.
• My skin felt squeaky clean after using the product.
• I also felt my skin is soft and smooth to touch after use.
• This product results in healthy, beautiful, and acne-free skin. I've seen that my skin is less oily even though I feel like melting under the heat of the sun. 
• My skin feels refreshed every time I use this facial cleanser.
• Most important factor for me is that Safeguard Derma Sense Facial Cleanser for Acne Prone Skin didn't cause breakouts, irritation, allergies, or whatsoever. 
• This facial cleanser is so gentle not only to the skin but also to my eyes :)
• No need to  worry about stinging or burning sensation even though it contains salicylic acid.
• The product is easily available.
• There's batch, manufacturing, and expiry date printed on the tube.

What I don't like:

• Doesn't produce a good lather. I guess this is because I'm used to soaps that lathers well. 

Will I repurchase? Yes!

Recommendation:

     I give this facial cleanser a 4.75/5 rating. I'm a bit skeptical on the first week of using the product but after seeing that it prevented acne formation on my forehead, I'm convinced that Safeguard Derma Sense targets the germs that cause acne. I'm also using an effective moisturizer after washing my face together with Safeguard Derma Sense Facial Cleanser so I guess a good skin care regimen will really help in combating those nasty zits.

     Hello dearies! I will not make a very long introduction to this wonderful product that was sent to me by Natura Organics months ago to try and see if this will make nasty pimple exit or go away. The name of this pimple gel says it all. It's a remedy for this kind of emergency where a pimple or zit is going to pop up a day or two before your big day. It's so frustrating that an angry, reddish, and humongous pimple is threatening to ruin your first date, your photo shoot, or presentation because it wants to show up in your face.

     This is my third pimple spot treatment to date. I don't have flawless skin, I have freckles and I often get a zit or two before, during, and after my monthly period. When I was in college I have this bad habit of pricking those nasty zits on my cheeks and chin where they always pop out if the size is still the same after a week. Thank goodness that pimple gels and pimple spot corrector were invented, no more popping just apply a dot and see the magic work if the brand you have in hand is effective but if not, nothing will happen overnight or after three days.      Below is a proof that Natura Organics Emergency Ex-Zit Gel is an effective pimple spot treatment. I apply this gel thrice or four times a day and after two days, the pimple has subsided then totally healed after four days. All healed. The only problem I have is dark spot cause by the zit.

What I like:

• The price is  super affordable for a 20 g of product! 
• This pimple gel can pass as unscented.
• There's a plastic lid on top of cover. I accidentally drop this tub and the lid prevented the gel from transferring to the cover.
• It's gel-type in nature but a bit runny.
• A little amount goes a long way.
• There's a minty and cooling sensation once the product is applied on my angry, reddish, and painful zit.
• Doesn't burn or peel the site where I applied it.
• This gel reduced the size of my pimple overnight.
• After 2 days, the pimple has dried up.

What I don't like:

• The packaging is flimsy.
• The product is in a container without spatula. It would be great if this product is packaged in a plastic tube with nozzle tip for ease of use since all I need is a spot- dot size amount in treating pimples. I will just use my fingers or cotton buds to spread the product on my pimple/s.
• No ingredients list printed on the package.
• No batch, manufacturing, and expiry date.
• Not easily accessible.

Will I repurchase? Yes! But not for now since I still have a tub to finish but this one is back-up worthy!

Recommendations:

     I give this a 4.5/5 rating. If you're eager to really make your pimple/s gone in less than two days, make sure to use it more than twice a day. Religious application will make heal pimple/s faster. Since I'm always at home I make sure to apply a thin layer three or four times a day. I'm totally surprised when I woke up the next day because swelling, redness, and size of my pimples had been reduced then after two days it's gone already. If there's a sign that a new pimple is coming out, I immediately apply this gel and voila! I can bid my pimples goodbye :D

     Even though I have fair skin, I still worry every month about The Pimpy attack! Pimpy the pimple is always present every month usually a week before my period. What I like:

• It's organic.
• It's odorless.

What I don't like:

• The price can be a bit steep for teenagers specially on their adolescence stage because this is the time where breakouts begin. If they will maintain this supplement, it will cost them around 1,800+ for a months supply. I'm sure moms will skip this and let them cure acne breakouts through topical ointments.

Will I repurchase? Yes, it's in the realm of possibility.

Recommendation:

     I give this a 4/5 rating. This is my first time taking an anti acne supplement and I'm impressed even thought it didn't gave me the kinis (smooth) skin that I wanted to achieve. It still helped me though in managing breakouts during my period. The products they sent me are good for 1 and a half month supply so I guess it will take months before I see the maximum result. Maybe taking it religiously for 3 months will totally heal existing blemishes and prevent future breakouts. But if given a chance, I will take this supplement again since this is organic and doesn't contain harmful chemicals.

     Hello there loves! Hope you're all doing fine :D I'm excited to make this review because after two weeks of using religiously, I can attest to its effectiveness in combating those painful reddish pimple and dark spots or pimple marks. This is my first spot treatment to date since I just let a pimple or two subside by itself before. I have this bad habit of pricking those nasty zits on my cheeks and chin where they always pop out if the size is still the same after a week. I'm glad that after so many years of just letting pimples to come out of my face before and after my monthly period already found a solution.

     Thanks to Celeteque DermoScience for bringing this product line. Although I haven't tried the Acne Solutions line, I'm sure they will give good results if used consistently. I suffered from acne breakouts last month and I'm considering two spot corrector that time. What I don't like:

• Sometimes it's out of stock.

Will I repurchase? Yes! It's back-up worthy :D

Recommendations:

     I give this a 4.5/5 rating. If you have time, use it more than twice a day to speed up the healing process of your zits. Since I'm always at home I make sure to apply a thin layer three or four times a day depending on the size of my pimples. I'm happy that when I wake up the next day it reduced the swelling, redness and size. If there's a sign that a new pimple is coming out, I immediately apply this gel and voila! I can bid my pimples goodbye :D
