     Multifunction products make life a breeze. From things we use every day to food that we eat- these products dubbed as 2-in-1 or 5-in 1 is a big help, especially for busy individuals. Having that said, there are also skin care products and oral supplements that can give more than one benefits in one packaging. Let me introduce to you Vitapack 3-in-1 Beauty Pack- whitening, slimming, and anti-aging product in one pack.

     I always mention in my supplement posts that I already have fair skin, to begin with, that's why I gauge the results after taking it for full thirty days. I have uneven skin tone and prone to insect bites. Through the dark marks from those bites where I check regularly if my skin tone is changing while taking whitening supplements. Product Review: Ultra Green Coffee

     Losing and maintaining weight is only a cup of coffee away. Well, that's what Ultra Green Coffee has known for aside from the fact that it has other health and wellness benefits. Cheskas Online Store sent me three pouches of Ultra Green Coffee to try and after taking this for roughly a month, I'm sharing my thoughts below.

     Why I accepted this even though I have a normal weight? Well, it's because I want to maintain that weight and stay away from instant coffees sold in the market. I also want to complement my diet and exercise with a natural supplement like this slimming coffee because I have the tendency to gain weight easily and I have a sweet tooth.      I always tell you, my dear readers, that "health is wealth" and we must take good care of our family's health as early as possible. I have a dialysis patient father who neglected his health because he just doesn't care about his lifestyle before. He's diabetic for more than fifteen years and yet still living an unhealthy lifestyle that time. Fast-forward today, he is reaping what he sow. Five years on dialysis is so hard but manageable as long as you have the resources and patience.  But life must go on because dialysis is the only way to prolong his life aside from kidney transplant that in my opinion has more risk. 

     Anyhoo, I just want to share in this blog post the natural and alternative products that I'm currently taking. Take not that I'm not encouraging everyone to try this too because it's still important to consult your doctor before taking any kind of food supplement or alternative products especially if you're under medication.

     Hello dearies! I was invited last May 13, 2015 to the blessing and launching of Blushing Beauty The Block, Sm North branch. The oh-so-cute and pretty skin care clinic located at the 5th Floor of The Block Sm North EDSA is a head turner especially if you have a thing for something girly and colorful. Since this is one of SkinStation's baby, I'm sure that the services offered are affordable and effective.

     The blessing was headed by Mr. Fred C. Reyes and his family. It's a short but sweet and fun-filled event where invited guests got a chance to tour inside Blushing Beauty particularly in their treatment rooms. Once you're inside, I tell you now to hold your horses because every part and corner are so pretty and picture perfect!

     After the blessing, I roamed around the clinic and went to different treatment rooms but unfortunately was not able to take photos of how each room looks like. I only got a few snaps and the photos below are my favorite places inside the clinic.

     My favorite areas are Blushing Beauty photo wall, dainty mini table beside the waiting area, and the comfort room which is soooo cute! I can't stop myself from taking selfie photos inside and before I forgot, it's not only cute- it's clean and smells so good too!
