     If there's one activity that we love doing, that is no other than walking the aisle of a supermarket. It's a weekly family bonding that we look forward to every weekend. My son is always excited to accompany us in buying our food and other grocery items at SM Supermarket and Save More Market.

     There are two SM Malls near our place and it's just a stone throw away from where we live. We buy our everyday essentials at SM Supermarket most of the time because of complete assortments and well-organized aisle. My Hong Kong Lifestyle Haul

     Hong Kong is known as one of the countries where you can shop til you drop. It's a shoppers heaven and the infamous Mongkok and Temple Street are your best bet if you're looking for bargains and cheap finds. We went to Hong Kong last June 4 and stayed there for 4 days. It's my third visit and I don't shop that much as compared to my first and second visit some 10 years ago.

     We went to Hong Kong for my son's pre-birthday celebration and to visit Ocean Park Adventure courtesy of Klook Philippines. Booking our Ocean Park Adventure Tickets and 4G WiFi via Klook PH is one of the best decisions that I've made for this trip and I will muse more of that on my next post. But for now, I want to share my small haul which primarily consists of gifts for the birthday celebrants in the family and some goodies for the parentals, sisters, and pamangkins.

     It's time for back to school. Yes, summer vacation is over and as a preparation for the school year 2018, my favorite wellness advocate- Robinsons Supermarket is kicking it off with an advocacy not only to be fit and healthy but to share the gifts for a better education.

     What, wait, is it back to school already? Let the word back-to-school sink in my mind for a moment. Okay, it's June and I presume that kids are enjoying the last wave of vacation before bidding summer goodbye. The school year 2018 will finally resume days or week from now and here's a burning question, are you ready?

     If you'll ask me, it's a resounding YES!!! After enrolling my son for third grade last April, I was invited to do my back-to-school shopping at National Book Store. I went shopping for my son's back-to-school essentials at National Book Store SM North EDSA branch last May 15, 2018 and to my surprise, I saw new and exciting items on display that I've never seen before. Winning Moments with My Mom

     Now I know why motherhood is a winning experience. When I was a child, my mother would always tell me to be always happy with simple things that life has to offer. I'm lucky that my parents gave all that they can give and strive hard to give the best of both worlds (needs and wants). I'm also thankful especially to my mother who taught me household chores at an early age. 

     But there's one thing that makes my mom a winner- a champion in cooking delicious meals for the family and until now she still has it. Since she loves to cook, our bonding moments when I was a child was our weekly trip to the grocery. It's a simple bonding moment but a memorable one. From her, I learned the basics- how to buy fresh meat and fish, how to spot the not in fruits, and how to make a budget for one week. So this Mother's Day, my mom deserves only the best. When I was starting, I write a haul post weekly because I want to share what I bought from my weekend shopping. What we shop weekly now are necessities because of adulting!
