My Hong Kong Lifestyle Haul

     Hong Kong is known as one of the countries where you can shop til you drop. It's a shoppers heaven and the infamous Mongkok and Temple Street are your best bet if you're looking for bargains and cheap finds. We went to Hong Kong last June 4 and stayed there for 4 days. It's my third visit and I don't shop that much as compared to my first and second visit some 10 years ago.

     We went to Hong Kong for my son's pre-birthday celebration and to visit Ocean Park Adventure courtesy of Klook Philippines. Booking our Ocean Park Adventure Tickets and 4G WiFi via Klook PH is one of the best decisions that I've made for this trip and I will muse more of that on my next post. OOTD: J's On His Feet

     Hello mommies! Here's another OOTD of my son Kenzo wearing his latest kicks- Jordan Eclipse BG. I want to share a short story why I'm a fan of Jordan shoes. When I was in high school, Nike released series of Air Jordans like Jordan 11, Jordan 12, and Jordan 13. I bought the first two because of their colors (combination of white, red, and black) that I really like. I wore those rubber shoes during P.E. days and when I'm wearing jeans and shorts. 

     Fast forward today, the styles that I've mentioned above became rare. I think the original Jordan 11 and Jordan 12 sells for more than Php 10,000 now. If you're a fan of Air Jordan prolly you have those iconic shoes in your collection. Nike Jordan offers a wide array of rubber shoes today and I'm confused with the styles and names of new releases I see in stores and online. OOTD: Kenzo and Minecraft

     Hi dearies! Pardon me if I'm bombarding you with outfit posts these past few days. I'm just making sure that all the pending OOTD posts we had taken last year will be published and not buried in my dashboard. I have this habit of forgetting things especially when I don't see it in my document folders. 

     As what I've told you on my previous posts, I tend to store all the photos in different usb storage that I received from events. Prolly this will be the last outfit post for January. There will be more OOTD in the next month for me and Kenzo. Anyhoo, this outfit post was taken last November at Robinsons Magnolia. It's an impromptu outfit shot that I decided to take because of the location. Outfit details and a short story below :)

OOTD: Kenzo and Minecraft

     My apologies for the title of this outfit of the day. I can't think of a decent title and all I was thinking while writing this post was Kenzo's favorite online game as of the moment- Minecraft. I presume some mommy readers here can relate. Kenzo loves playing Minecraft and he's starting to like stuff associated with the game. This shirt is his one of his favorites. I bought this at SM Megamall last year when I saw Mommy Levy's son (Ren) wearing the same shirt on her IG feed. Kenzo saw the shirt too and asked me to buy him one. I'm glad that I was able to purchase one before the size ran out.

     Meanwhile, Kenzo's shoes came from ResToeRun Kids' Rumble Yard Event. I had a hard time choosing a pair for him during the event because almost all the styles I've chosen does not have an available size for his feet. This pair of DC shoes is two inches bigger than his feet. But methinks looks perfect in the photo above. No walking and running during the time we did this shot, hahaha!

     This fashion item is becoming a favorite and a must-have for men these days. If my memory serves me right, some men prefer not to bring a small bag when strolling at the mall or grocery shopping with the family. They just want to keep their wallet inside their pocket and hold their mobile phones. But today, I've seen men sporting sling bags in different sizes and shapes. Hubby received a sling bag last year that's been used and abused already.

5. Wallet

     This prolly one of the basics but giving him a wallet will instill a habit of saving money. One of my bothers don't own a decent wallet before and he is complaining that there were times he forgot where he put his bills. I discovered that he only owns a small coin purse and don't mind having a wallet. He insisted that as long there's a coin purse, there's a place for paper bills. Fast forward today, he realized that a foldable wallet is important. It's not only for money, some of his important identification cards can be placed inside too. He was able to save money too because once he placed a paper bill inside, he's thinking twice whether to spend it or not especially if the paper bills are new.

Bonding with Kenzo at the Res|Toe|Run Rumble Yard Event

     Can I say that I'm lucky because I have bonding time with Kenzo everyday at home? Since I'm a stay-at-home mom, I have all the time in the world to spend quality time with him. I've seen him grow physically, emotionally and mentally. The experience of seeing his actions everyday is pure bliss. But there are times that we get boring, doing the same stuff everyday. So when the need to unwind and relax outside the house arise, we go out and chill in the mall.      Weeks ago, I was invited to have a unique bonding time with Kenzo. This bonding time is something that the whole family can do. Shoe shopping, anyone? Family bonding and spending time with the kids is very important even in simple activities like this. That's why when they invited me and Kenzo to the event, I said yes. Looking for a pair of shoes with my son is a bonding that's so awesome. We enjoyed searching for the perfect pair of shoes.

     Kenzo enjoyed the tattoo booth, he asked me if I will allow him to have this design on his arm. He wanted Spider Man but it will take more time to do that so the artist just tweaked the design.  It's still cool and Kenzo liked it!

     There are times that I cannot decide what type of shoes or sandals to wear when going out for a family dinner. I'm more of a sporty type of individual when it comes to dressing up. I prefer flats than heels or sneakers over pumps. I always look for comfort when choosing my foot wear because I have very sensitive feet. I know that I cannot sport that sporty casual look in some events or family dinner s that I have to attend to.      Before we proceed, I'm sure you've seen Kathryn Berndardo's gigantic poster in Primadonna stores. Isn't she the prettiest or should I say sexy wearing the white flatform sandals? Kathryn Bernardo is the endorser for the sporty luxe collection. The teen queen nailed it- fresh, sporty, sexy, chic look but pretty overall!

When I saw some of the styles on display, the first person that entered my mind was sporty spice of the Spice Girls. I know it's so throwback but what Primadonna have now is more luxurious and can be worn with sweaters and cold season outfit now that holiday season is near.

To tell you honestly, I'm having a hard time choosing, almost all of them are OOTD worthy! Help me choose, pretty please!
