     I'm always having second thoughts on getting my nails done. Like my hair, my nails are brittle and my thin skin easily gets wounded if the nail technician is not experienced in pushing back cuticles and removing dead skin gently. Another thing is the kind of nail polish to be used because my nails get yellow easily with harsh brands.

Metro Moms Holiday Pampering 2019 at Lemon Tree Salon and Cafe

     December is one of the busiest months because of reunions, gatherings, and parties. It's also the time of the year where everyone experiences stress from holiday-related stuff that's why we all need to settle down and have me-time to recharge. There are so many things to be thankful for this 2020 and one of those are blogger friends who became sisters in all things mommy and self-care. 

     We created a website called Metro Moms PH with a mantra that “Every mom needs to take care of herself.” Here, we talk about health and wellness, beauty and fashion and lifestyle topics that'll help rock motherhood. In line with this, we went on a much needed holiday pampering and bonding as our first event last year at Lemon Tree Salon and Cafe with our dear readers.      Hello dearies! It's been a while since I wrote a feature of nail polishes on my blog. Aside from lipsticks and eyeliner, I'm a huge fan of nail polishes and I'm regular at nail salons for my manicure and pedicure sessions.

     The last time I had my hair colored from a reputable salon was last December 2016. It took almost a year before I decided to say 'yes' for another hair coloring sesh from a known hair salon because of availability and accessibility. 

     I've been itching to color my hair last month using DIY color but decided to postpone it because the shade that I want is not available at Watsons. I think the heavens heard my plea last week. Feature: French Tips Nail Parleur Fairview Terraces

     Hello all! I was invited by Sir Orgie, PR for Nail-a-holics for an afternoon of royal pampering experience at French Tips Nail Parleur Fairview Terraces three weeks ago. The nail salon is located at the 3rd level of the mall and it's my first time to visit a French themed salon that is also under the management of Nail-a-holics. What you see outside reflects the inside of French Tips Nail Parleur because the ambiance is different from other nail spa and salon themes that I have visited before. 

     The nail attendants were in a French painter like uniform and the music inside was very relaxing. It's more of classical baby! Don't be intimidated by the word "royal" because the price of their services are almost the same with other nail salons but I can say that the experience is worth paying for.
