     Watsons, the leading health, wellness, and beauty retailer, made waves with its first and biggest health and wellness expo in the country, the Watsons Health and Wellness Expo 2024 held at SM Megamall Megatrade Halls 1-3 from February 1 to 4, 2024.

      The Watsons Health and Wellness Expo 2024 highlighted the range of health and beauty products available at Watsons. Over 52 different brand booths buzzed with interactive activities offering visitors a chance to explore the different products and learn from experts. Aside from that, the expo also offered free health consultations, informative and educational talks, raffle draws and prizes, wellness sessions, and pharmacy services under "Click & Collect Express.”

     It was three years ago when I decided to take my health and fitness journey to a more serious level. We just got home from Legoland Malaysia when I noticed that the dress I was wearing didn’t fit well. The next day, I weighed myself and looked in the mirror. I see a tired, stressed, and hungry body.
