     Multivitamins, dietary supplements, and everything in between that will boost the immune system in the time of pandemic is in or should I say it a must! Whenever I buy my son's vitamins at the drugstore, the SA (sales attendant) will always recommend a random glutathione brand that I need to take in conjunction with vitamin c for more health benefits.

     So today, I'll be reviewing an all in one supplement for whiter, younger and glowing skin. This brand has been in the market for years now and if my memory serves me right, Tatiomax Glutathione Complex with Fucoidan is a new formulation- an advanced anti-aging formula for detoxification, immune boosting, cell rejuvenator and potent antioxidant. If you’re the type who likes to take anti-aging and overall wellness to the next level, this supplement is for you. A bit pricey but it’s FDA approved plus vegetarian-friendly. Cheska's Store sent this for me to try and test if it's true to their claims especially in the whitening and anti-aging department. Sharing more of my after taking this capsule for one month below.

     I’ve been doing product reviews since time immemorial and beauty supplement review is one of my forte. I can’t believe that it's only this year that I decided to try KB L-glutathione plus NAC. This glutathione brand has been in the market for years already and from oral beauty supplements, they are now offering personal care products like lotion, body soap, towel, teeth whitening, and more!

     I took this for a month together with their rosehips capsule. What I like is that taking glutathione does not only whiten skin as there’s so much more it can do to the body because it's an anti-oxidant.  

What's also amazing with this brand is it comes with its own rosehips extract supplement that is rich in vitamin C, vitamin A, calcium, iron plus a good source of bioflavonoids, pectin, vitamin E, selenium, manganese and b complex. There are three things to consider in choosing the best brand for you- ingredients, price, and effect. That's why I always stress that what works for me may not work for you or vice versa.

What I like:

• The packaging- It is tightly sealed once you purchase a bottle so no need to worry about contamination. There's also a seal on top of the bottle opening.
• Stinky rotten egg odor is present once you open the bottle. 
• Relumins Advance White Active Glutathione Complex also contains ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid), NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine), Vitamin E, and Selenomethionine known as potent boosters to speed up the whitening process of the skin.
• No allergic reactions vomiting, headache, nausea, breakouts, or whatsoever.
• It made my skin glowing the next day even if I only have 4 hours of sleep every night.
• I did not breakout before and after my menstrual period.
• The color of my freckles lightened a bit.
• After taking this religiously for a month, I can say that it lightened some of the insect bites in my legs. 
• It evened out my skin tone. 
• I'm already fair to begin with but Relumins gave a creamy and almost translucent white color to my pale and dull skin. 
• Batch, manufacturing and expiry date printed on the package. 

What I don't like:

• The price is a bit steep for budget-conscious individuals.
• This has issues before on FDA and I'm not sure if it's already FDA approved as of this writing.
• Not easily accessible, you have to purchase it online.
• There are individuals who are allergic to ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid).
• To be really honest, I have a hard time swallowing the capsule. It hurts my throat. For the first two weeks of taking Relumins, I feel like I have a sore throat after swallowing it.

Will I purchase? It's in the realm of possibility.

Recommendation:

     I give this a 4.25/5 rating. I like the effects of Relumins on my skin but I'm having a hard time swallowing it. Maybe it's just me that's why I always tell those who want to try this kind of whitening supplements to take at their own risk. The effects that I experienced will be different from what they'll experience because we have different body composition. 

     I'm satisfied with the results that I saw after taking Relumins Advance White Active Glutathione Complex after one month but hate the feeling while taking it. If you have the budget, you can try this.

     Hi dearies! Here's another review of whitening supplement that I will recommend if you have a tight budget and wants a creamy or almost a translucent complexion. Before I start, let me tell you that I'm already fair to begin with but my skin tone is uneven because I always fetch my son at school in the morning. I'm outside the house from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and during those times, the sun is really high. It's really hot as I can feel the humid air touching my skin.

     Anyhoo, I received a bottle of Ishigaki Advanced White Glutathione from Cheska's Online Store last December and I've decided to give it a shot. I'm already familiar with the brand even before I started blogging. I've visited different online forums and most of the members liked this variant of Ishigaki. This photo was taken last February 6 around 12 noon inside the car at Mahogany market in Tagaytay. The weather was gloomy that day, there's a hint of sunlight but it's also raining. 

What I like:

• The price- the cheapest glutathione brand in the market today.
• The bottle is bigger than Ishigaki Premium Plus. It is tightly sealed once you purchase a bottle so no need to worry about contamination. There's a plastic seal outside the bottle cap and another seal inside on the top of the bottle
• Stinky rotten egg odor is present once you open the bottle. An indication that it is authentic and this is according to Ishigaki users who have purchased a fake one which I've read in an online forum.
• Ishigaki Advanced White Glutathione also contains ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid), L-cysteine, and N-Acetyl-Cysteine known as potent boosters to speed up the whitening process of the skin.
• No allergic reactions especially to ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid), vomiting, headache, nausea, breakouts, or whatsoever.
• It made my skin glowing the next day even if I only have 4 hours of sleep every night.
• No appearance of cystic acne last menstrual period.
• There's a slight change in the color of my freckles but not that drastic.
• After finishing 1 bottle, I can attest that marks from unwanted scratch have lightened a bit.
• It made my skin tone even. I took this last January 9 until February 9 and I noticed that my feet retain the color even if I wear flip flops while walking under the sun. 
• I'm already fair, to begin with but it gives a creamy and almost translucent white color of my skin. I can't say that I'm a shade lighter now because I still use the same shade of foundation. 
• Batch, manufacturing and expiry date printed on the package. There's also the TDC initials embossed at the bottom of the bottle packaging and this is one proof that the product is authentic.

What I don't like:

• Not easily accessible, you have to purchase it online.
• No assurance if this product is BFAD approved.
• There are individuals who are allergic to ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid).

Will I purchase? It's in the realm of possibility.

Recommendation:

     I give this a 4.75/5 rating as of the moment as there is no assurance that it is BFAD approved. I would give a 5/5 rating if not for that. My rating depends on the price and overall experience too. In my opinion, the brand Ishigaki is one of the cheapest brands of glutathione in the market today. As like what I've said in my previous review of Ishigaki Premium Glutathione, the results vary from person to person. There are individuals who react faster to supplements and give them positive results. Again, if you have morena skin tone kindly expect three or more months before you see a drastic result.

     There is also what they call a plateau like with topical products that your body becomes immune to it and it's not as effective as before. Glutathione supplement serves as an antioxidant in the liver. It cleanses the body from the toxins accumulated from pollution and chemicals so if you smoke, drink, and always stay late at night this supplement will first cleanse the toxins inside the body that's why sometimes the whitening effect is slower than those who have low-stress levels and toxins in their body.

     Hi, dearies! This is a very long overdue review. I received 2 bottles of Ishigaki Premium Plus Glutathione from Cheska's Online Store last May. I'm already familiar with the brand even before I started blogging. I haven't tried it because I was pregnant that time and I don't care about whitening supplements. If my memory serves me right, ladies were discreet when it comes to taking whitening supplements here in our country 7 years ago. But when popular celebrities became endorsers of glutathione supplements, the demand for whitening products surge.

     I'm also a lurker in different beauty forums before that's why I've read real experiences from users of this brand. I've seen more of positive results than negative ones. Almost 70-80% of women who were active in the discussion highly recommend this brand. Since I haven't tried this brand before, I'm not sure what are the differences of the old from the new formulation. This review is solely based on my personal experience. • The bottle packaging is handy. It is tightly sealed once you purchase a bottle so no need to worry about contamination.
• There's a stinky rotten egg odour once you open the bottle- it only means that it's authentic. I've read in some forums that authentic glutathione should smell like rotten egg. 
• This glutathione also contains L-cysteine and N-Acetyl-Cysteine known as potent boosters to speed up the whitening process of the skin.
• I didn't experience any discomforts like vomiting, headache, nausea, breakouts, or whatsoever.
• It made my skin glowing even if I always stay up late at night or if I only have 4 hours of sleep.
• It lessened cystic pimples popping around my chin which I experience every month.
• The color of my freckles lightened a bit while I'm taking this capsule.
• After finishing 2 bottles, light scars from insect bites are not that visible.
• It maintained my skin tone even. I took this last May 27 until June 30 and during those days, I'm always out in the sun. I attend events in the afternoon and there are times that I forgot to bring my umbrella.
• I'm already fair to begin with but it made my skin not pale or yellow white but more of a pinkish/rosy white tone.
• Batch, manufacturing and expiry date printed on the package.

What I don't like:

• Not easily accessible, you have to purchase it online.
• No assurance if this product is BFAD approved.

Will I purchase? It's in the realm of possibility.

Recommendation:

     I give this a 4.75/5 rating. One of the cheapest brands IMO. If you have a morena skin tone, it is best to use this brand for more than 3 months. The effectiveness of one product really varies from person to person. This supplement is also meant to treat blood disorders and serves as an antioxidant in the liver. So if you smoke, drink, and always stay late at night this supplement will also help cleanse the toxins from those I mentioned above in your body. Just leave a comment below if you questions and I will try my best to answer them.

     Hi dearies! Before I start this review, I want to let you know that I already have fair skin, to begin with. I thought that my skin tone will be like this fair forever. Yes, whitening soaps and lotions help me maintain my skin tone and effective ones lighten and whiten dark spots, blemishes, and insects bites on my body. Effective whitening products also made my skin glowing, smooth, and supple. There are times that topical whitening products don't deliver what they promise not because they're not effective but because it is my skin that has reached its plateau in terms of skin whitening.

     So when Ageless Beauty Potions sent me 2 bottles of Tatiomax Glutathione Liquid Softgel Capsule, I didn't hesitate to try it because I want to see if there are the "ipuputi pa" (lighter) results for my fair skin. I also want to give you other option/choice especially if you think that the oral whitening supplement you're taking no longer give you positive results. I'm also intrigued because this is a liquid soft gel capsule meaning once ingested, the liquid glutathione will be absorbed easily and faster in the intestine giving faster whitening results. What I like:

• Sealed upon purchase.
• Comes in a handy bottle complete with product information.
• This is a 2-in-1 product great for whitening the skin and losing weight.
• It contains a decent amount of one of the purest form of collagen- hydroxyproline.
• I didn't experience any discomforts like vomiting, headache, nausea, breakouts or whatsoever.
• It made my skin glowing even if there are times that I need to stay late at night.
• It lessened cystic pimples popping around my chin which I experience every month.
• The color of my freckles lightened a bit while I'm taking this capsule.
• Taking the product in the morning had curbed my appetite the whole day.
• It made me sweat even if I do simple movements.
• Batch, manufacturing and expiry date printed on the package.

What I don't like:

• Not easily accessible.
• Since the recommended dosage is twice a day, I find the price a bit steep. 
• It's expensive for budget-conscious individuals.
• Contains only 250mg of Glutathione compared to other brands in the market.

Will I purchase? Maybe 

Recommendation:

     I give this a 4/5 rating. To those who want to achieve fair skin, I do recommend this product because it's 2-in-1. This supplement not only maintained my skin tone but it served as an ant-oxidant in my body because I'm exposed to second-hand smoke from my husband and also from other stress factors in the environment. The chitosan in the product curbs my appetite and made me sweat with every simple task that I do. 

     The product did not whiten or lighten my skin because I only consumed it for 15 days but it helped me control my appetite. It's a promising product for those who want to see 2-in-1 benefits in a bottle. With continuous use, I can say maximum results will be achieved.

     Hello dearies! How's your day? I've been sweating a lot today and it only means summer has officially started. Do you agree? If you're excited to hit the beach and get that glowing sun-kissed skin, let me share with you my thoughts on what made my skin even toned and glowing. I hope this review will serve as a guide and a recommendation on what whitening supplement you should consider taking after getting tan this summer. Because there are so many glutathione brands in the market today, I'm sure you're already confused what to choose. Before I start the review, I want you to know that I already have a fair complexion to begin with that's why I've seen no drastic change in the whitening or lightening department overall BUT there's a significant change in the discoloration that I had after a frying incident. I've also maintained my skin tone even if I'm exposed to sun in the afternoon. If you'll ask me, I'll be satisfied with a product that will give me a positive result rather than promises even though it will take a month or two. As for skin whitening, the effect of one product varies from person to person. The length of whitening depends on the amount of melanin present in the skin. For example, dark skinned individuals need a continuous use of whitening pills for more than six months before they can see the maximum effect. So I tell you now that taking whitening pills doesn't give you an overnight result. Patience is a virtue so with continuous use, you'll see positive effects.

      Hello! Finally, I'll be sharing my thoughts on one of the supplements that were sent to me by Sir Erick of Vida NutriScience last year. Before I accepted this product for a review, I made a research on the positive and negative effects of glutathione in our body. What I like:

• The price-  one of the most affordable glutathione brand in the market today that is FDA approved.
• Comes in a handy box packaging. It's also sealed in blister packs to maintain freshness.
• There's a slight stinky rotten egg scent- it only means that it's authentic. I've read in some forums that authentic glutathione should smell like rotten egg. 
• This glutathione also contains alpha lipoic acid and vitamin c known as boosters to speed up the whitening process of the skin.
• I didn't experience any discomforts like vomiting, headache, nausea, breakouts or whatsoever.
• It made my skin glowing even if there are times that I need to stay late at night.
• It lessened cystic pimples popping around my chin which I experience every month.
• The color of my freckles lightened a bit while I'm taking this capsule.
• I noticed that it lightened some insect bites on my legs that whitening lotions and soaps cannot address.
• Batch, manufacturing and expiry date printed on the package.

What I don't like:

• None

Will I purchase? Yes! I consider taking this supplement for overall wellness and of course If I hit the beach and got tan, I'll take this if I want to bring back my old skin tone the fastest way.

Recommendation:

     I give this a 4.75/5 rating. To those who want to achieve fair skin, I highly recommend this product. It's FDA approved and contains not only glutathione but it has a decent amount of Vitamin C and Alpha Lipoic Acid. This supplement is also meant to treat blood disorders and serves as an antioxidant in the liver. So if you smoke, drink and always stay late at night this supplement will also help cleanse the toxins from those I mentioned above in your body.
